Great apartment in a central location, nice and friendly host. Apartment was fully equipped with everything that is needed. Quiet house with friendly neighbours. Good for families or individuals. Will definitely stay again! Highly recommended for long stays.

die Wohnung war für das Pokalwochenende perfekt von der Lage. SBahn und UBahn direkt in der Nähe. Dazu auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Bei Problemen und Fragen wurde sehr schnell reagiert.

War alles bestens und wie beschrieben. Die Gastgeberin war sehr Nett und hat uns persönlich empfangen und alles erklärt, war auch dannach immer Erreichbar. Wer ein paar Spa Tage genießen möchte, den kann ich die Wohnung bestens Empfehlen. Ruhige Lage und man ist ungestört.

What a beautiful, spacious and comfortable apartment we had over the Christmas Holidays -perfect for exploring Berlin.! The apt is situated close to lovely local restaurants and cafes. Nico and Anne were very generous in sharing lots of recommendations about local eateries, events, and places to see. The apartment is close to lots of transport links - we were just a few stops away from many of the main sites. Our hosts provided us with a video of how to access the apartment which is on the ground floor of a lovely building as well as information about the apartment overall that allowed us to quickly settle in ! We would sit in the lovely window area and enjoy a coffee in the morning and the on -wall screen was fabulous for watching a movie in the evening! The beds were extremely comfortable and the heating - as we there in winter - made the apt very cosy! This is an apartment full of character and style with very kind hosts ! Thanks Nico/Anne

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der FeWo. Die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten, die Ausstattung ist prima, es fehlt an nichts. Der Garten ist wunderschön und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Unser Sohn hat sich vor allem über die Spielgeräte im Garten gefreut. Zum See ist es nur ein Katzensprung. Die Gastgeber sind super nett, hilfsbereit und können jederzeit mit Tipps und Empfehlungen aufwarten. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We were very happy with our stay – the location was excellent, the apartment was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything we needed. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly. Just a heads-up: the second bedroom is actually the living room, but it’s cleverly set up with full-sized, comfortable beds. It worked really well for us and didn’t take away much from the living space. Also, while there are shutters, there’s definitely some natural light in the morning – it didn’t bother me, but light-sensitive sleepers might want to know. Overall, we had a great experience and would gladly recommend this place!

Very kid friendly….the loft beds aren’t for adults…beautiful bathroom!!! This flat is in the middle of it all, great restaurants, shopping, parks & activities within walking distance. It was very comfortable.

Wir hatten einen großartigen Wochenendaufenthalt bei Edgar. Das Haus und das dazugehörige Grundstück sind ein Traum und die gesamte Gegend ist ebenfalls wunderschön. Edgar selbst ist ein super freundlicher und entspannter Gastgeber, mit dem wir sehr gerne kommuniziert haben. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen!

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt. Alles war wie angekündigt: ordentlich, komfortabel und mit einem ganz besonderen Flair. Die Scheune hat richtig Charme und macht den Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem. Auch der Check-in lief absolut reibungslos. Insgesamt hat alles perfekt gepasst – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Sehr gut ausgestattete, grosse Wohnung. Bequeme Betten. Alles notwendige war vorhanden, aber nicht überladen. Technische Infrastruktur war top. Sehr gutes WLAN. Die Kommunikation mit Louis war tadellos. Er gab nützliche Tipps über Restaurants in der näheren Umgebung. Sehr gut gelegen, attraktive Umgebung, ÖV in kurzer Gehdistanz.

非常舒适 干净 美丽的两卧居室 层高很高 采光很好 ～楼下的咖啡馆 早餐很丰富 喝到了在德国期间最好喝的拿铁 还有楼下好吃又不贵的冰激凌 每天每人炫两个。周边有一些小店可以逛逛 隔两条街区晚上有很多好喝的酒吧。这个社区太赞了 好吃好玩又干净整洁还安全 。因为这套美丽宽敞的公寓 我们全家爱上了柏林 。这次房东度假去了 没有见到 期待下次见～ Ps.公寓本身远比照片 更美 更显大 。对了 每天早上站在露台上看领居们遛狗 也是非常开心的一件事 这里的狗子都好乖 不吵

ein wunderbarer Ort um sich zu erholen und ein paar Tage in Brandenburg zu verbringen: die Unterkunft ist vom Bahnhof aus gut erreichbar, richtig gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Abends im Garten zu sitzen und Grillen zu können ist ein absolutes Highlight. Torsten ist ein toller Gastgeber und ich kann dieses kleine Juwel wirklich nur empfehlen. Tausend Dank, dass wir Britz und die Enten besuchen durften!

If you´re a fan of East Germany/Berlin stuff, this apartment would be a gem for you. But except of that, it is a very cosy, very well equipped accomodation in a great central location, close to a few U Bahn and S Bahn stations, grocery shops and with an exceptional view. As a bonus - Ivos and Luke are very helpful and nice guys, which provide a perfect support before and during the stay in their apartment. Highly recommended...;)

Perfect, perfect, perfect For our first Airbnb booking, this set the bar high! Absolutely stunning place with everything in pristine condition and well furnished. Heavenly sleep, warm interior design, and wonderful host. The Airbnb is also close to a lot of public transportation and amenities, making our stay run all the more smoothly. Could not recommend it enough!!!

Wir (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder im Alter von 10 u. 7) haben uns bei Henry und seiner Frau sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Der Empfang war unkompliziert zu organisieren und wir sind sehr freundlich empfangen wurden. Der Bungalow und die Ausstattung waren wie beschrieben - was will man mehr. Die kleine Terrasse, der Pool und der Garten waren eine willkommene Abwechslung zum Sightseeing und eine richtige Oase der Entspannung. Die Lage war für Sightseeingausflüge super, da man in 10min an der Haltestelle „Ahrensfelde“ der S7 war und von dort Berlin erkunden konnte. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

A stunning apartment in a great location. Walkable to the trams and bus stops. Clean and airy with good facilities. We loved the roof top terrace and the indoor pool. Great for self catering with high quality equipment. If we had any questions, Marga was prompt to respond and even came up to help with the oven. Would highly recommend.

Ik wilde dit appartement huren voor 3 dagen. Er was iets mis gegaan met de betaling en toen was het over 12 uur in de avond. Toen kon ik dit niet meer boeken via airb&b en was het niet meer mogelijk. Ik heb contact opgenomen met de host van de dit appartement en uitgelegt dat ik dit apartememt wilde huren voor de komende dagen. De host reageerde snel en heeft moeite gedaan dit met airbnb opgelost zodat ik dit apartement kon boeken. De eigenaar is ontzettend aardig, we kregen duidelijke uitleg. Het apartement was groot en prima voor ons. De buurt is rustig en vriendelijk. Gratis parkeren voor de deur. We waren vroeg de deur uit en hebben veel gelopen in berlijn en konden s avonds heerlijk ontspannen in bad. Van de sauna en zwembad hebben we geen gebruik gemaakt maar de ruimte zag er heel leuk uit. De host is goed bereikbaar en nogmaals zeer vriendelijk! Zeker een aanrader.

初めてAirbnbを利用しMattの家を使用させていただきました。泊まった家の周りは静かで自然が豊かです。彼の家はとても最高です。最高なインテリアと広くて素敵な庭があり、寝室やリビングは温もりのある自宅でした。ベルリンの市内からは少し離れていますが、私はMattの家を選んで正解でした。バス停やスーパーマーケットも徒歩圏内で近いです。 私は一人で初めてのベルリン旅行でしたが、ホストのMattはとても親切でたくさんコミュニケーションをとってくれます。彼とのティータイムは最高の時間でした。私は英語があまり得意ではありませんが、翻訳アプリを使いつつゆっくり分かりやすい英語で話してくれてたくさんお話ができました。何か困ったことがあれば柔軟に対応してくれる優しいホストです。私は彼のことを父親のように思っています。日本からのお土産も喜んでもらえたようでした。 私はまたベルリンに行く機会があれば必ず彼の家に泊まります。素晴らしい自宅と最高なホストでした。最高な思い出を本当にありがとう。

Wat een prachtig appartement met uitzicht op de tuin met kippen en eenden. Wij als gasten konden ook in de mooie tuin zitten. Naar centrum Berlijn 14- en de rivier Havel was het 7 km. fietsen. Goed te doen. Grote supermarkt 1 km vanaf het appartement. Christian een betrokken vriendelijke gastheer. We konden altijd terecht met vragen bij hem of zijn vrouw. Een aanrader! R & K uit Nederland

Aaron’s artsy flat was wonderfully creative, comfortable, and friendly. It invited us to enjoy our space and feel at home in the neighborhood. We enjoyed walking to the canal and feeding the swans as much as getting mango cheesecake for breakfast at the cafe or pizza for dinner down the street. We got scooters and cruised all over the nearby neighborhoods. It was delightful and fun to explore Berlin from such a nice space. Aaron was infinitely helpful with all questions and issues. When I return to Berlin I will be touching base with Aaron, and hopefully staying in the same flat!

Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir und unsere Hunde fanden es toll. Auch wenn wir keinen persönlichen Kontakt hatten. Über die App haben wir alles perfekt kommunizieren können.

Ein perfekter Ort zum Erholen von der Großstadt. Vor allem die Kombination aus Garten, Sauna, Kamin und Schwimmbad sind unschlagbar.
