There is a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a roof bunk ( ceiling height maximum 150 cm) with 3 beds. In addition, you could also sleep in the living room on the sofa bed ( 2 people). Outside there is also a sauna house.

The space is commercially registered and therefore not subject to Berlin’s housing conversion ban. The Berlin City Tax (7.5%) is listed separately and included in the final price. Enjoy the beautiful lake landscape of Brandenburg in summer or relax in front of the fireplace during the winter months.
