The 6 guest rooms on the upper floor can be booked individually or as an entire apartment. A fully equipped shared kitchen is available to all guests – perfect for cooking together or relaxing evenings. The basement features an inviting fireplace room, which can be used as a common room, seminar room, or for small celebrations. Here you'll also find a small sauna, a second kitchen, restrooms, a terrace, and an additional bedroom (sleeping 2 people). This unit can be booked directly upon request – ideal for groups of 7 or more. Special rates apply for Airbnb guests, and additional charges apply. Saunas with a lake view are also available. Romantic coach house next to the bridge of spies!

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

This stylish two-room apartment with private entrance is perfect for your trip to Berlin and offers the perfect retreat in urban proximity. Friedrichshain, 10 min., Treptow, 15 min. & Kreuzberg, 20 minutes are within walking distance. In addition to the large kitchen-living room, there is the adjoining bedroom with direct access to the quiet terrace (40 sqm). This apartment also has its own shower room, Wi-Fi, washing machine and dryer. A covered carport by the house can be booked on site.

This wonderful new 120 m² attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is located in the Viktoriakiez neighborhood (quiet area) – a 5-minute walk to the Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and a 10-minute walk to Rummelsburger Bucht on the waterfront. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz station and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. P.S.: I own an original 5-meter Riva boat from Italy. This means that a private boat tour of Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.

Berlin Wannsee Estate

If you like it quiet and close to nature and yet want to have the cities of Berlin & Potsdam around the corner, this is the place for you. There is a private entrance, terrace and Garden. Living room with kitchen and a double bed. Upstairs the bedroom with a single bed as well as a king bed. We live next door, so there's no key issue. The arrival time doesn't matter either. We are close to the train station. Griebnitzsee and Wannsee. Parking free, also truck. Pets welcome.

We love contrasts - In Schloss Lanke, we rent a spacious 100 sqm loft in the attic. A castle loft. French Neo-Renaissance on the outside, subtle minimalism on the inside. Urban living comfort meets the lush nature of the Barnim Nature Park. Both together create the perfect setting for rest, relaxation and deceleration. In addition to vacation rentals, Schloss Lanke also houses the owners' apartments as well as office space on the first floor. We respect our privacy.
