Villas in Villasimius

We stayed at this apartment for 3 days. The location of the apartment was perfect for walking around the historical spots, architecture and restaurants. About 5 minute walking distance from central train station and bus terminal from which we could go outskirts of the city and the airport (by train only at that time). Gianfranco came to us at the front door of the apartment building by himself and check-in process was super easy, and he explained every details of the house utilities. Although English was not mother-tongue for both of us, there was no problem in communication.

Nice tiny house, its kitchen is equipped above average. It even has Alexa. Michele&Carla were answering very quickly at times we had questions. It is nice and comfortable for 2 persons. There is very nice beach nearby in Solanas - our favorite. We were here in the off season (April), so I cannot say more about local restaurants, since unfortunately those were closed. Also, if you go off season, take warm clothes with you. At times, there is cold wind, and the mentioned beach is windy as well. Separated garbage is to be put near the gate the night before based on which one would be picked up next day. All in all, I can recommend staying in this Airbnb. Thanks for having us.

Sara is amazing host, very helpful, quick response, friendly. Amazing apartment, clean and beautiful. Walk to the beach around 20 min, or you can take a bus for 2 stops. Supermarkets are close by. A bit noisy road near, but didn’t bother when window is closed 😊

staying in poetto was wonderful. access to the beach was 4 minutes away and also the bus into the city could be picked up right along the beach. the house was very nice and accommodated our group very well. I would recommend bringing mosquito repellent or purchasing when arriving as we did get bit up with being outside and from opening up the doors to the house at different times. Andrea's co- host, Daniela was very helpful and welcoming and was the primary point of contact during our visit. we had a great time and would love to come back!

The apartment is perfect for big groups and is in a great location in Cagliari, very close to all the restaurants and bars etc. Constanza was a great host, and let us check in early and check out late to accommodate our flight times. The apartment has great views and the beds are comfortable. Would definitely recommend!

We had a very comfortable and relaxed stay at Paolo’s. The appartment, the surrounding facilities and his pets all contribute to a serene atmosphere, ideal to quickly forget about work and home. Paolo also responded quickly to our questions by app, and provided good recommendations for beaches and restaurants.

The Right House was great, exactly as described,. The appartment is very well decorated and with beautiful furniture, comfortable beds and great pillows! It is in a beautiful building, very well maintained. Even though it is right in the middle of a busy area, it still feels private and quiet once you are inside. We highly recommend!

Incredibly magical from the first moment! The location of the apartment, nestled between beautiful beaches, hiking trails and a quiet pine forest, and the absolutely magnificent view of the wide sea are unique! The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail and immediately gives a feeling of lightness. From the beginning, Andrea has been an extremely hardworking and helpful host who cares deeply about the well-being of his guests. Be it the culinary well-being (a box is filled with durable supplies and coffee, milk, juices and wine await in the fridge). Be it to make the stay of his guests as perfect as possible (with valuable insider tips on attractions, restaurants...). Thank you, Andrea!!! For me, this stay, which I used for a personal writing project, was a true source of inspiration. I will definitely be back to this place "between heaven and earth."

We had a lovely stay at Frank‘s apartment. Everything was as in the pictures and we enjoyed having breakfast at the terrace. It offered everything we needed - even umbrellas we could take for the beach. Although there is a road close by, it was quite. Restaurants, bars etc. are in walking distance (15min) and supermarkets around the corner. Very convenient! Although Frank was not there in person, communication and check-in was very smooth. We can definitely recommend staying at Frank‘s!

The accommodation is very nice, with a beautiful pool and close to the coast and beaches by car. Gian Luca was very responsive, I would recommend!

Beautiful house in a beautiful place

A wonderful house and a friendly host! The location is beautiful, within walking distance to the sea, and very picturesque. The home has air conditioning and everything needed for a comfortable stay. We’d gladly stay here again!

We had a wonderful week with our three (small) children in Claire's house. For us as a family, the house with the small pool was absolutely perfect. The kitchen is superbly equipped, nothing is missing and even olive oil and dishwasher tabs, as well as soap and dish towels were available in sufficient quantity. Towels as well as bath towels and beach towels are provided and you do not have to unnecessarily drag them from home. The children loved the pool and the beaches, which are in the immediate vicinity (easily accessible on foot or by car), were absolutely recommended. Francesco, who took care of all our needs during our stay, is an incredibly likeable and helpful person. He was right there for all problems and provided us with additional tips on what we could do with the children. We will be happy to come back!

We had a lovely holiday. The pools are fantastically beautiful. However, we have to be quite honest, if we had not been there with friends who lived in the villa, it would have been a bit difficult in part. The seating in front of the pool house is available but very hot until the evening. Kitchen is available with everything you need but with a very very small work surface which makes it very difficult to cook. That was not a problem for us as we spent most of the time at the villa. We had chosen these cottages because the description said there is the villa and the pool house, but the pool house is a semi-detached house that is also inhabited. On the premises itself there are other cottages and there is a kiosk and another pool (which is fantastic) But there are also day guests on the property. All this is just for your information. Despite everything, we had a great stay.

Leandro is an exceptional host. He waited for us despite our delay. He told us how everything worked in the house. A welcome basket was waiting for us with local products. This house is a great place to relax in the peace and beauty of the place. Downtown is a 15-minute drive. I recommend this rental without reservations.
