Absolut empfehlenswert!! Wurden sofort herzlich empfangen und alles wurde erklärt. Super schöne Unterkunft in der wir uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt haben. Alles sehr sauber und schön gestaltet. Check in und Check out waren problemlos. Wir bekamen sogar Tipps wo wir essen gehen können. Ausstattung war perfekt. Man hat alles was man benötigt. Die Besitzerin hat uns auch zur Ankunft Snacks und Getränke besorgt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Una maravilla de alojamiento, limpio, muy cómodo, bien equipado y muy bien ubicado, con una terraza privada y maravillosas vistas al Peñón enmarcado entre el verde de los pinos y el azul del mar. Muy cerca tiene 3 calas a las que se puede ir andando con aguas cristalinas. Isaac muy pendiente de aclararnos las dudas. Muy recomendable. Deseando volver.

Alles sehr schön gewesen - wie im Paradies . Der private Eingang zum Meer war mit der Aussicht zusammen atemberaubend. Der Pool war sehr sauber und warm ( wärmepumpe genutzt ). Uns wurden sogar zur Ankunft einige Lebensmittel mitgebracht :) Danke dafür nochmals. Geantwortet wurde immer sehr schnell und verständlich. In der Gegend sind viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten - ein Auto wäre aber von Vorteil für den Aufenthalt Parken ist in der Haus eigenen Garage möglich

Das Haus von Vendelin ist schön in der Altstadt gelegen - zentral und trotzdem ruhig. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es hat viele Spiele für Kinder. Das absolute Highlight ist die Dachterrasse mit wunderbarem Blick aufs Meer und über die Dächer der Altstadt. Vendelin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Heerlijk huis met prachtig verzorgde tuin en fijn zwembad. Mooi ingericht en het ademde rust uit. Heerlijke plek om te verblijven met ons gezin. Het zit niet op loopafstand van restaurants, maar die zijn met de auto binnen 10min te bereiken. De bedden zijn goed en het is er heel rustig.

Kristin and the place were amazing! Very responsive and super helpful, flexible check in / out was great. House and pool setup is perfect to relax, nice and quite area and beautiful views from the terrace. 10/10!

Had a wonderful stay! The apartment has such a good location, in the most beautiful area of Alicante Center and few minutes away from the beach and port. The street however was quiet and there was plenty of shadow , not needing the AC on. It is close to great restaurants and bars, has a small supermarket and a small restaurant right downstairs. The apartment is wonderful decorated by Thea, the designer who welcome us and who who found the perfect way to integrate the day and night areas in such a comfortable and elegant way. Everything was perfectly clean looking brand new. The communication was great, both Frans and Thea were helping proactively with recommendations and tips.

Todo perfecto! Mejor imposible, el apartamento perfecto, el orden, la limpieza, los muebles, las comodidades... La ubicación merece un 10... Belén nos recibió en la puerta, muy amable, nos llenó de atenciones y consejos útiles, super disponible siempre, espero volver pronto porq fue sentirse en casa. Super recomendable 💪

Me and my partner loved staying at this little Airbnb, the location was beautiful! Great restaurants and bars, beautiful beach! Francisco was extremely helpful and very welcoming. We had the best time and we can’t wait to return ☺️

Liten fin lägenhet som ligger precis vid strandpromenaden i villajoyosa. Passade oss perfekt som ville vara nära stranden, restauranger och strandpromenaden. rekommenderas varmt, vi är supernöjda! Hade inte gjort något om det fanns några extra tallrikar, bestick o glas i lägenheten då vi vid ngt tilfälle ville ha gäster över på lite mat. Men för oss som bodde fanns allt vi behövde!

Andrea’s apartment was top quality - very modern, very clean, very well furnished. The wrap-around balcony has views to the see and the mountain, and overlooking the pool. The pool area is first class - crystal clear water in the three main pools, and then an indoor spa area as well with warm bubble pool, and then an ice pool and hot pool. The sauna was not working during our visit. But everything else was brilliant - one of the best apartment pools I’ve been too. It was helped by the fact that it was never busy. The area is not great for amenities - there is a campsite next door that has a bar and a very small shop, but other than that everything else is a short drive away. The beach is a mixed sand/pebble beach, and during our visit it was not safe on any day for our kids (8 & 3) to go in the water. It gets deep very quickly and the waves are strong. The Allonbay complex is still under construction but we knew this and it didn’t bother us. Overall, we loved our time here.

El apartamento está fenomenal, tal y como se describía. Con todas las comodidades y completamente ordenado y limpio. Se encuentra en la periferia, a 5 min en coche del centro de Villajoyosa y el pueblo es muy bonito. Los anfitriones son muy amables y atentos, respondieron a todas nuestras dudas super rápido. Totalmente recomendable

After visiting the main cities in Spain, I wondered what else could still amaze me and then I discovered Alicante. I truly enjoyed this beautiful town, especially watching the sunrise each morning from our window and feeling the sea breeze from the lovely apartment we rented during our vacation. I was very impressed with how clearly the host communicated all the instructions and how quickly she responded to any questions we had. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the bed sheets were pristine. The location is perfect—right across from the beach, close to a variety of restaurants, and within walking distance of the tram station. If you enjoy volleyball, there’s even a beach volleyball club offering lessons just across from the apartment. Thank you, Natalia Y Maite , for helping us create such wonderful memories!

The view from the apartment was absolutely stunning, even better than in the photos. The beach is just a few steps away, which made it super easy to enjoy the sea at any time. The apartment itself was spotless and fully equipped with everything I needed. There was even a coffee machine with capsules, some biscuits, and milk, such a thoughtful touch! Pablo, was incredibly kind and welcoming. He took the time to show me the best spots in the city and gave amazing recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. He really goes above and beyond to make sure guests feel at home. I highly recommend this place, everything was perfect, and I’d definitely come back!

Prachtig verblijf om tot rust te komen en toch dichtbij allerlei mooie locaties (zandstrand in Calpe, de authentieke stad Althea, dichtbij het bruisende Benidorm). Jorge reageerde altijd binnen het uur en dacht meteen mee als we ergens een probleem ondervonden. Wel interessant om mee te delen is dat er stilte werd gevraagd aan het zwembad tussen 14u en 17u in de namiddag. We losten dit op door naar het keienstrand te gaan aan het hotel, of naar het strand in Calpe te gaan op slechts 10 minuten rijden. Topvakantie gehad met onze twee kindjes!

The accommodation was exactly like in the photos and felt very comfortable. Having breakfast on the balcony with a sea view was a highlight every day. The area around the house is beautiful and well-maintained, and there's direct access to a lovely, quiet pebble beach. If you want to explore Alicante and other places along the Costa Blanca, it's a good idea to rent a car like we did. The host was very friendly and always responded quickly to any questions. We would definitely come back!

First Airbnb experience. Could not fault anything especially the communication. The description was spot on. We had a great time in Alicante and decided on the way home that the ACCOMMODATION was the best thing about the whole holiday 😀

Nous recommandons l'appartement de Carmen, c'est une hôte très réactive, aimable et amicale par message. Merci beaucoup pour la bouteille de vin ! L'appartement est super bien placé au centre de la ville, tout se fait à pied. Le bus C6 pour aller ou venir de l'aéroport est à seulement quelques mètres, sur la place de los Luceros, sauf durant les feux de joie de la Saint-Jean, où il se prend sur le port. Le tram aussi se trouve à Luceros, c'est très pratique pour aller à la plage de San Juan par exemple. Si vous souhaitez participer à cette fête, il est idéalement situé car il y a des animations sur cette place ainsi que dans l'avenue Frederico Soto, au pied de l'immeuble, avec de la musique. Il y a de nombreux commerces, restaurants et supermarchés à proximité, ainsi que le port. L'appartement est propre, très pratique, bien équipé et conforme à la description. La vue sur le port et la ville est très appréciable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Merci beaucoup !
