We love this place—it's calm, peaceful, and has a great view. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable vacation, and the building offers all the essential amenities. Just a 10-minute walk to the beach.

The accommodation is very complete,you have to do everything from rest to having a few games to the villar,like to hit a relaxing bath in the jacuzzi and the cleanliness is 10.The beds are very comfortable we will repeat in other times everything perfect.

Fantastic stay and we love this apartment and our expectations were more than met. The arrival instructions and videos were soo helpful and straightforward to get in. Clean , tidy and super comfy beds with the most Incredible views. So easy to get to the beach too. The pools are amazing and really recommend the Pool bar and its food menu . The host James was great and helpful and quick to reply to any messages. Want to go back already !

Our stay at this Airbnb was simply wonderful. The location and layout of the place made us feel so at home. Laila's communications and willingness to help was second to none . With an excellent location and amazing views from the glass wall, it was a top quality place, impeccably clean with every amenity / appliance you could ask for. Just a few minutes from the beach, we took full advantage of the many local shops, restaurants, supermarket etc. Laila's Airbnb is everything as advertised, in a great location. Beautiful appartment, all things are brand new, loved the view, the location which is not far from the beach, has a supermarket nearby and has a good bus connection. We used also the indoor and outdoor pool a lot and the basketball playground with my daughter. Laura, the host, was very helpful in all we needed.

We absolutely loved our stay in Playa Flamenca. The apartment on the ground floor with the terrace was just perfect for us as a family with small children. The place was fabulous, clean, equipped with lots of extra handy stuff and we felt so relaxed and at home there. The decor was gorgeous too and just felt like a hotel at times! Would highly recommend. Adrian was a super host and if we needed to reach out at all he was instantly back in touch.

Beautiful apartment in a lovely area of Benidorm. It was immaculate and quiet felt at home and very safe it had a beautiful view from the main bedroom and front room from the balcony Host was accommodating to our needs would most definitely recommend this place and hope to return again

Marina’s accommodation was just beautiful inside and outdoors around the complex area,with access to the pools,gym etc it was just what we needed .Lovely surroundings and lots of people coming and going around us but still quite and peaceful.Area itself is lovely and what we needed .supermarket right at your door step and some restaurants etc .shopping centre 10/15 walk away Apartment itself is just lovely and so clean and had all we needed ,your own private balcony and rooftop terrace also ,we could go on and on about the accommodation,area,marina and her daughter just everything was worth the money and we would 100 percent recommend and we will be back c

Excellent welcome from Vicente. Impeccable apartment with everything you need (shower gel, dish soap, aluminum paper, toilet paper,...: we didn't have to buy anything). A bottle of fresh wine was waiting for us. Special mention for the bedding which is of excellent quality. In short, a place to recommend unreservedly.

Elena and Felix are very friendly hosts and gave us helpful tips on excursions and restaurants right from the start. The sparkling clean apartment is cozy and equipped with every comfort. The comfortable mattress is worth mentioning - we slept wonderfully. A special highlight are the terraces, which are equipped with beautiful and comfortable garden furniture and offer a magnificent view. The presence of a car is very useful because of the location of the apartment. All in all: a highly recommended vacation home!!

This accommodation is situated in a 3 block larger luxurious apartment complex. The finishing of the apartment and public spaces is modern and high end. We loved the layout and the privacy and the terrace that is shielded from wind. Due to the sloped positioning on a hillside, from the living room you have full sea view, with no obstructions, with is nice. You do need a car to get around, since the apartment is located up the hill. The fitness, pool and sauna are nice and cleaned daily. The private parking spaces are impossibly small to get in- and out of if you have something else than a fiat 500 size car. Would definitely rent here again.

We were personally welcomed by the host in a very friendly manner. There was an extensive introduction to the apartment and the areas shared with other tenants such as pool, indoor pool and sauna. The stay itself was very nice. Right behind the complex you can hike nicely. A car is needed for shopping and driving to the beach. The facility itself is modern and clean. Andrej is a great host!

We really enjoyed the stay, the development is very comfortable and the beach is a 10-minute walk away and it's a very good beach. There are good restaurants to walk to and the children have enjoyed both the paddle tennis court and the soccer court. We'd like to repeat!

The experience starts from the first contact with Abdelhakim. He was very attentive, and kind, he responded very quickly to our inquiries, we were really well taken care of. Upon arrival Maria welcomed us warmly, guided us, and showed us the apartment. If you are looking for a comfortable and quiet place, this is definitely the ideal place. The apartment has everything you need in utensils, a perfect terrace for breakfast and to hang out, the common areas are great (the neighbors are even very friendly), we felt at home. Very close to the Consum supermarket for shopping, 5 minutes walk to the beach, restaurants just as close. We will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic week at Yan's place. The chalet is very spacious and comfortable for a family of four. Everything was very clean and new. The urbanization is spectacular. Near Del Torres beach and several trails down the cliffs. We will definitely be back! Thanks Yan!!! You are a super host!!!

Thank you for a wonderful stay! Each of the guests couldn’t stop saying how beautiful the villa was, the view was absolutely stunning! The villa had everything we needed and more. Pleasant stay at Parvaneh's, exactly as in the photos: very nice functional house with all the necessary amenities. ++ + for the outside , very beautiful maintained garden,the pool was very pleasant with lukewarm water for each swim . Beautiful elevated view of Denia and soothing around the Pego Monte. Very quiet district and all are close by (10-15 min drive: beach , restaurant , supermarket ... ) . Denia beach is very quiet , parking glued to the beach with places always available , perfect with children . From Denia , possibility to visit several cities and beaches at 30min-1h (moraira, calpe, benidrom...) We thank Parvaneh for his availability , for providing us with a crib and for adapting during our change of day of departure .

We had an amazing week at Hans’ lovely house! We were a big family — 8 adults and 4 kids — and the house was just perfect for us. The kids absolutely loved the pool, and having a fridge and toilet right by the pool was super convenient. 😃 We took the train in the evenings to El Campello, Alicante, and Villajoyosa — getting around was really easy. For groceries, we just took an Uber to the nearest store and did a big shop. We were told in advance that there might be some construction noise from a nearby property, and we could either choose a different house or get a discount. When we let them know there had been some noise, we got a message right away saying the discount was being sent. That really showed us the host is honest and fair. We had a very good holiday. We enjoyed the terrace and infinity pool which are amazing, the view is beautiful. The panorama is beautiful Too bad we had some issues with the electric gate and the hot tub was broken. Peter was responsive to our requests and very helpful. A wonderful stay!!!!! 👍 I recommend

When we arrived we meet with Maike, who showed us the place and listed a few spots in the area, and a taxi service if needed, the Villa was lovely and had everything needed, the kids loved the pool and the downstairs pool table and gym. It's in a quite spot away from traffic, the rooftop has a lovely view into Benidorm. It's about 15 minute walk to the town which we did not mind as it was a lovely week, you can call a taxi cost between 6 to 8 euro. Overall it was a lovely holiday, great Villa and would recommand to anyone.

We had a lovely stay at this villa. A very spacious place with plenty of spaces to hang out and enjoy with friends and family. The host also received us kindly and helped us in everything we needed.
