Absolutely recommended!! Were immediately warmly welcomed and everything was explained. Super nice place to stay where we felt right at home. Everything very clean and nicely designed. Check-in and check-out were hassle-free. We even got tips on where to eat. The amenities were perfect. You have everything you need. The owner also provided us with snacks and drinks upon arrival. We will be happy to come back.

A wonderful accommodation, clean, very comfortable, well-equipped and very well located, with a private terrace and wonderful views of the Rock framed between the green of the pine trees and the blue of the sea. There are 3 coves nearby that you can walk to with crystal clear waters. Isaac is very attentive to clarifying our doubts. Highly recommended. Looking forward to returning.

Everything was very nice - like in paradise . The private entrance to the sea was breathtaking with the views together. The pool was very clean and warm (heat pump used ). We were even brought some groceries upon arrival:) Thanks again for that. The response was always very quick and understandable. There is a lot of shopping in the area - but a car would be beneficial for the stay Parking is possible in the house own garage

The house of Vendelin is beautifully located in the old town - central yet quiet. The kitchen is well equipped and it has many games for children. The absolute highlight is the roof terrace with wonderful sea views and over the rooftops of the old town. Vendelin is very friendly and helpful. We will be happy to come back.

Lovely house with beautifully manicured garden and nice swimming pool. Nicely decorated and it breathed tranquility. Wonderful place to stay with our family. It is not within walking distance of restaurants, but they can be reached by car within 10 minutes. The beds are good and it is very quiet.

Kristin and the place were amazing! Very responsive and super helpful, flexible check in / out was great. House and pool setup is perfect to relax, nice and quite area and beautiful views from the terrace. 10/10!

Had a wonderful stay! The apartment has such a good location, in the most beautiful area of Alicante Center and few minutes away from the beach and port. The street however was quiet and there was plenty of shadow , not needing the AC on. It is close to great restaurants and bars, has a small supermarket and a small restaurant right downstairs. The apartment is wonderful decorated by Thea, the designer who welcome us and who who found the perfect way to integrate the day and night areas in such a comfortable and elegant way. Everything was perfectly clean looking brand new. The communication was great, both Frans and Thea were helping proactively with recommendations and tips.

Me and my partner loved staying at this little Airbnb, the location was beautiful! Great restaurants and bars, beautiful beach! Francisco was extremely helpful and very welcoming. We had the best time and we can’t wait to return ☺️

Small nice apartment located right on the seafront in villajoyosa. Fitted us perfectly who wanted to be close to the beach, restaurants and the boardwalk. highly recommended, we are super happy! Wouldn't have done anything if there were any extra plates, cutlery and glasses in the apartment when we wanted to have guests over for some food. But for us who lived there was everything we needed!

Andrea’s apartment was top quality - very modern, very clean, very well furnished. The wrap-around balcony has views to the see and the mountain, and overlooking the pool. The pool area is first class - crystal clear water in the three main pools, and then an indoor spa area as well with warm bubble pool, and then an ice pool and hot pool. The sauna was not working during our visit. But everything else was brilliant - one of the best apartment pools I’ve been too. It was helped by the fact that it was never busy. The area is not great for amenities - there is a campsite next door that has a bar and a very small shop, but other than that everything else is a short drive away. The beach is a mixed sand/pebble beach, and during our visit it was not safe on any day for our kids (8 & 3) to go in the water. It gets deep very quickly and the waves are strong. The Allonbay complex is still under construction but we knew this and it didn’t bother us. Overall, we loved our time here.

The apartment is great, just as described. With all the amenities and completely tidy and clean. It is located on the outskirts, a 5-minute drive from downtown Villajoyosa and the village is very nice. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, they answered all our questions super fast. Totally recommended

After visiting the main cities in Spain, I wondered what else could still amaze me and then I discovered Alicante. I truly enjoyed this beautiful town, especially watching the sunrise each morning from our window and feeling the sea breeze from the lovely apartment we rented during our vacation. I was very impressed with how clearly the host communicated all the instructions and how quickly she responded to any questions we had. The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the bed sheets were pristine. The location is perfect—right across from the beach, close to a variety of restaurants, and within walking distance of the tram station. If you enjoy volleyball, there’s even a beach volleyball club offering lessons just across from the apartment. Thank you, Natalia Y Maite , for helping us create such wonderful memories!

The view from the apartment was absolutely stunning, even better than in the photos. The beach is just a few steps away, which made it super easy to enjoy the sea at any time. The apartment itself was spotless and fully equipped with everything I needed. There was even a coffee machine with capsules, some biscuits, and milk, such a thoughtful touch! Pablo, was incredibly kind and welcoming. He took the time to show me the best spots in the city and gave amazing recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. He really goes above and beyond to make sure guests feel at home. I highly recommend this place, everything was perfect, and I’d definitely come back!

Beautiful accommodation to relax and yet close to all kinds of beautiful locations (sandy beach in Calpe, the authentic city of Althea, close to the bustling Benidorm). Jorge always responded within the hour and immediately thought along with us if we encountered a problem somewhere. It is interesting to note that silence was requested at the swimming pool between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. in the afternoon. We solved this by going to the pebble beach at the hotel, or going to the beach in Calpe just 10 minutes away by car. Had a great vacation with our two kids!

The accommodation was exactly like in the photos and felt very comfortable. Having breakfast on the balcony with a sea view was a highlight every day. The area around the house is beautiful and well-maintained, and there's direct access to a lovely, quiet pebble beach. If you want to explore Alicante and other places along the Costa Blanca, it's a good idea to rent a car like we did. The host was very friendly and always responded quickly to any questions. We would definitely come back!

We recommend Carmen's apartment, she is a very responsive, kind and friendly host by message. Thanks so much for the bottle of wine! The apartment is in a great location in the city center, everything is within walking distance. The C6 bus to or from the airport is just a few meters away, in the Place de los Luceros, except during the Saint-Jean bonfires, where it is taken from the port. The tram is also in Luceros, it's very convenient to go to San Juan beach for example. If you want to participate in this party, it is ideally located because there are entertainment in this square as well as in the Frederico Soto Avenue, at the foot of the building, with music. There are many shops, restaurants and supermarkets nearby, as well as the port. The apartment is clean, very convenient, well-equipped and as described. The view of the harbor and the city is very nice. We had a great time! Thank you so much!
