A vacation in three countries! Hot tub, Sauna, BBQ

Casa Drei Girls - Summer & Winter

Family fun in this stylish home with private heated pool and in winter max 30 minutes from several ski resorts. Our vacation home is located at the bottom of the border triangle Austria, Italy and Slovenia. This allows you to enjoy the good that these three countries offer. Our house has a living room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, garden, balcony and heated pool in late April to mid-October. In winter we have 2 lockers at the slopes exclusively for our guests.

The Gradisch forest house was renovated to the highest standard in 2022. Short driving times to the Carinthian ski resorts: Gerlitzen 20 minutes; Bad Kleinkirchheim 25 minutes; Turracherhöhe 35 minutes and to Lake Wörthersee and Lake Ossiach each 15 minutes. The large Zirbenstube as well as the pool heated with geothermal energy, a small sauna, the designer kitchen and a pool table are the highlights of this house.

The lake can be reached on foot on a shady path in 5 minutes. There you will find two free outdoor pools of the municipality and invite you to swim. The sweeping view across the lake accompanies you everywhere.
