Fully equipped, it has three spacious bedrooms, a playroom where the little ones can play, three bathrooms with shower and bathtub and a spectacular kitchen. In the garden, there is a large private pool and a very comfortable porch next to an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and a gym room with machines. It's never been easier to disconnect!

The loft, exactly in the city center, was renovated in a vintage industrial style in an 1880s building. It has a day area where the living room with balcony is located, a very sunny dining room and a complete kitchen with an authentic artisanal bar from the year 1660. The night area; with double bed, bathroom, work area and access to the chill terrace, a great place to relax at night before going to sleep after having enjoyed a great day at the beach!!

The space is very suggestive as there are different textures, different heights and materials, both modern and old. The apartment consists of an open space where we find a living room with kitchen and living room and a space for the bedroom. The bathroom is the only part of the apartment that is closed.
