Thanks to Patrick and his wife for their welcome and flexibility on the arrival time. We had a very good night with the quiet family. Too bad we didn't have time to enjoy the game room and movie theater!

We had a wonderful stay at Jenni’s. Jenni was incredibly responsive to any requests and we felt very comfortable asking her questions about the house and locality. On arrival she had left treats in the house for us and the kids, (booze / chocolates) and she even made a bakery run on Sunday morning. The house itself is very well equipped and remained beautifully cool even while the garden was roasting. The kitchen is well appointed (OMG sharp kitchen knives 😍) and became a central hub for lots of cooking and fun. The pool, although small was large enough to splash around and play with the kids. We would recommend Jenni’s place to anyone looking for a quiet rural retreat in a beautiful, comfortable home, where the host has thought of everything they can to keep you happy and entertained.

Very good stay at Anne-Céline's in a typical old house, ideally located 5 minutes from downtown Poitiers, and 15 minutes from Futuroscope/aquascope. Very friendly welcome by neighbor Henri.

Comfortable, clean and well-equipped accommodation. There were 5 of us, we had plenty of space and enjoyed the 2 toilets and 2 bathrooms as well as the good quality beds made on arrival. Quiet environment in a small village, pleasant exterior with garden and terrace. In Leblanc, we found a good pizzeria and a convenience store open until 10 p.m. Laurène is very responsive and her instructions are clear for an independent check-in and checkout. Thanks to Laurène for a pleasant 3-night stay.

We had a pleasant stay at Anne-Laure's. The description of the house perfectly matches reality. The place was very clean and in a quiet environment, a 20-minute drive to the futuroscope and close to many shops. I would highly recommend it.

Mary has created a very beautiful, stylish and relaxed space right in the centre of Richelieu, the location could not be better with the central square on the doorstep, good food options and the wonderful Friday food market! The space has such a nice feel to it, very well put together and curated, the kitchen has everything you could need, a good sized bathroom with a powerful rainfall shower and great outdoor garden space with plenty of lounging and seating areas in your own private walled garden. Mary was so helpful, very responsive and flexible and offered up suggestions on many local restaurants and places to visit. It is such a nice place to relax in and was a great base for exploring all of the beautiful local area. Make sure you go to Fossé Saint Ange for dinner!

I really have nothing to complain about the accommodation, everything is perfect, freshly renovated and very very well-equipped. A lot of care and attention has been paid to renovation, furnishings, and decor. Well done, the result is impressive! The "small studio" concept in a house allows you to enjoy quiet moments in complete autonomy and privacy in your room, but also to share other moments with other hosts in the common areas, around a small cafe, like at home! Guillaume is very responsive, welcoming, available and attentive. A real hospitality pro! I have never been more well received in an AirBnB and I will be back without hesitation with great pleasure! Go for it too, you won't be disappointed!

While staying overnight in Poitiers , Guillaume's accommodation is of very high quality . Renovated with taste and very good comfort and luxury . Very well equipped , very clean, clear instructions and very good bedding . I was able to meet Guillaume before I left , he is a nice and friendly person. I can only recommend this place

Guillaume was very welcoming, we were able to chat with him when we arrived as well as the next morning. The house is impeccable, the "studio" rooms are impeccable too. We will come back without hesitation if needed, and we recommend 100%!

Laurène's place is ideal for a short stay at Futuroscope. The park is within walking distance, it's very nice. Beds made, towels are available, and most importantly, an assortment of breakfast products are a big plus. It was perfect for us. In addition, the interaction with Laurène was at its best.
