On the ground floor: spacious living room (about 100 m² with living room, dining room, fitted kitchen), large shower room, toilet, laundry room. On the floor: 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet. The floor-to-ceiling windows overlook a vast terrace (with the possibility of BBQ) overlooking the 10,000 m² lot that descends to the fishing pond. Outdoor games for children and large courtyard with carport shelter.

A little fifteen minutes from the Center Parck near Trois Moutiers, this cottage can accommodate a family of 5 people on 2 bedrooms ( 1 for the couple, the other with 3 beds). It is located in a beautiful classified site with hiking path and woods. This cottage is located, in the photo, on the left part (totally autonomous) of the longhouse. Proximity: Chinon, medieval town and its fortress, Fontevrault, its abbey, and the castles of the Loire ( Azay le Rideau).
