Located in the heights of Saint Benoît Bourg, 15 minutes by car from the city center and Poitiers train station, 25 minutes from Futuroscope and 10 minutes from the Bois de Saint-Pierre. In a garden, oriented without overlooking, high up overlooking the viaduct of Saint-Benoît, and nature. I lived there for 6 beautiful years, in 2 different gardens, and you will find all the amenities there. It is at the foot of a hiking trail. Beware for those who can't stand the noise: you can hear the train!

Breakfast and bath towels included. Private and secured parking, located at 10 min from Futuroscope Poitiers center city by car.

Here is my cottage, in the heart of the chinonese vineyard and with the forest in the back. This chalet will delight you by its calmness and its proximity to the castles of the loire (Azay the curtain 10 minutes, and Chinon 12 minutes). Direct departure from the chalet for hiking in the forest and wine cellars! This 30 m2 cottage consists of a kitchen, bathroom, living room (with sofa bed) and a mezzanine with 1m90*1m40 mattress. Sheets are not provided. The entrance is done autonomously.

A comfortable, independent, air-conditioned accommodation. A large wooden deck for breakfast in the rising sun.

The Squirrel Hut is an all-wood eco-lodge in the park of the Château de Charnizay: a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a bedroom with 1 double bed. Charming little 18 m² quiet cabin, at the back of our house. Close to the city center, facs and CHU. Functional with kitchen and bathroom, sheets (bed made on arrival) and towels provided so nothing to plan... Small terrace with garden furniture. Self check-in (lockbox), free parking, direct bus access to the station and city center, shops and restaurants nearby. Although on our land, we are very discreet to guarantee your total privacy.

Come and enjoy an atypical 25 m² cabin in the heart of nature. I built this quiet little cocoon that can accommodate one to three people (a 140 bed and a sofa bed). Guests can take advantage of the large wooden terrace and its beautiful sunsets. Our philosophy in the heart of nature and in line with it required the installation of dry toilets (external and attached to the accommodation). The Nordic bath is private and optional.
