Modern, light, spacious, fully equipped first floor 1 bedroom master suite overlooking the French countryside. Sleeping up to 2 people plus 1 baby. Located between Le Dorat & Bellac, with all local amenities. Only 40 minutes from Limoges airport. The property is set in its own grounds, with no immediate neighbours, with a large in ground swimming pool. We also have a 2 bedroom Gite, sleeping 4 downstairs for larger groups looking for space of their own whilst holidaying together.

Please read through the entire description! Cottage for 1 to 5 people, you are looking for calm, and nature, welcome to our home! Fully equipped, single-story cottage. We do not provide bath towels. If you want to disconnect, this is where you want to come. Our animals will be happy to meet you! We are close to the Brenne ponds, the Haute Touche animal park, 50 minutes from Beauval and the Futuroscope. The village is 5 minutes away for your shopping. Non-smoking cottage.

In June, pick cherries for homemade jam. There’s grassy space for sports, a semi-shaded courtyard, and colourful rooms with upcycled furniture by local artists. Nearby: castles, Futuroscope, and cozy ing up playing board games by the wood burner in winter.

Moulin de Preuillé located in a quiet and relaxing place. Typical Poitou exposed stone living room. 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower. Terrace and barbecue. Boat and canoe. 300 m from the farm via an island that is not in the rental, by a private walkway, you will find a wooded area with meadows bordered by the trout and otter river.
