''Le Refuge'', beautiful guest house in local stone with 2 or 3 bedrooms (read the description) on 4ha of land, pond, area for playing (football, volleyball, etc.), swing, hammock, etc. departure for a hike on foot or by bike. Large free parking Pets accepted under conditions. Region well known for its wine and the Châteaux of the Loire 5 km from Chinon and 20 km from Saumur. Private terrace Beautiful swimming pool with deckchairs, greenery, parasols… Our donkeys and sheep are very friendly.

Merci de lire tout le descriptif! Gite de 1 à 5 personnes ,vous recherchez le calme, et la nature ,bienvenue chez nous! Gite de plein pieds ,tout équipé .Nous ne fournissons pas les draps de bains. Vous souhaitez vous déconnecter ,c est ici qu'il faut venir. Nos animaux seront heureux de vous rencontrer ! Nous sommes proche des étangs de la Brenne ,du parc animalier de la Haute Touche, 50 min de Beauval et du Futuroscope. Le bourg est a 5 minutes pour vos courses. Gite non fumeur.

Modern, light, spacious, fully equipped first floor 1 bedroom master suite overlooking the French countryside. Sleeping up to 2 people plus 1 baby. Located between Le Dorat & Bellac, with all local amenities. Only 40 minutes from Limoges airport. The property is set in its own grounds, with no immediate neighbours, with a large in ground swimming pool. We also have a 2 bedroom Gite, sleeping 4 downstairs for larger groups looking for space of their own whilst holidaying together.

Moulin de Preuillé situé dans un lieu calme et reposant. Séjour en pierre apparente typique du Poitou. 4 Chambres , 1 salle bain avec douche à l’italienne .Terrasse et barbecue. Barque et canoë. A 300m de la ferme en passant sur une île qui n'est pas dans la location, par une passerelle privé, vous trouverez une zone boisée avec des prairie bordé par la rivière à truite et Loutre.
