Shops nearby: Bakeries, restaurants...less than 5 minutes walk. Housing: Independent entrance with your own shower room. Room of approximately 18m². Small morning snack offered. Coffee machine, kettle, microwave and fridge are available. WIFI internet access and a TV.

We are located in a quiet cul-de-sac. The outbuilding where the studio is located has a very large courtyard where you can easily park. It's possible to store your bikes in a closed room. We can lend our bikes subject to availability. We are very close to the Loire à Vélo route along the Cher. All shops in our village (2 bakeries, grocery store, butcher, delicatessen, pharmacy, tobacco shop, café...) as well as a market on Saturday morning.

10 minutes from the city center of Tours, nestled in the heart of a 2-hectare wooded park, you will find calm and comfort. Close to the Loire bike path and the city bus, at the end of a cul-de-sac, you will enjoy all the charms of the countryside at the gates of the historic city. You can park your car right next to the house with peace of mind. We will be happy to host you in our newly renovated little house.
