Vacation rentals with a home theater in France

This is a lovely apartment in the Marais, within easy reach of just about anything we wanted to see, and anywhere we wanted to eat. It was attractively decorated, with high ceilings, and got plenty of light. It was a pleasure to come home to and surprisingly quiet for a city apartment. My favorite places were the windowed corner nook in the living room and the patio, which has a table and chairs set among plants and vines, and had views of the sky and surrounding apartments. The kitchen was well equipped, and we could have prepared a nice if meal if w wanted to. Iris was a great host, generous with her local knowledge and responsive when we had questions. The apartment is in a co-op, and we didn't detect any resentment from the neighbors although we're obviously not owners. Highly recommended!

The apartment was spotless and tastefully decorated, the instructions were very clear and the hosts were very responsive! Easy to access, with all the necessary equipment and all functional, we had a perfect stay thank you, I highly recommend it!

We had a pleasant stay in this accommodation, in a good location and close to shops. The place was clean and as described. Ideal for a weekend of discovery! I recommend it and we'll be back with pleasure...

A great nice place to stay in! Together with our children we enjoyed the jacuzzi and had a lot of fun playing with the Xbox. It was a nice, relaxing time for our family. Gaëtan is very friendly and helpful. He gave a clear explanation upon arrival and was very quick to respond when we had some extra questions. He's open to tips because he wants to keep improving the space.

My wife and I stayed at Leny's house with our two-year-old son for almost a week. It is a beautiful house with a large garden. There's a lot of space in and out. Leny is a thoughtful host, responds quickly and gave good tips on his own initiative. The cinema is top and unique! There are also lots of toys so our son loved it all. The downside is that there are no stair gates, so that was sometimes a little bit exciting. Good to keep in mind. It is very clearly a house where a family normally lives: there are clothes, jackets and shoes. There are also drawings of the children. We personally thought that was a little less. It would help if that was a little more hidden. We missed a few practical things like a kettle. In addition, there was not very much mood lighting for the evening hours: there was especially ceiling light. But in the end, that didn't take away from a wonderful stay in Louvil. A wonderful house to relax and unwind!

Warm welcome , full of good advice given, very nice and functional house close to the ocean. The hammam and fireplace are great extras. If we decide to return to St Malo, we will choose Dominique's house again.

We had a great weekend with the family in this apartment. Ideally located in the heart of the resort, it is very well equipped, functional and particularly pleasant to live in. The decoration, thoughtfully designed, brings a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The view is beautiful and we were lucky enough to enjoy the snow, which made our stay even more magical. The concierge provided an efficient service. Only small detail to improve: it would be missing a few glasses on foot for everything to be perfect. We highly recommend this rental and will be happy to come back!

The apartment, very clean, well-appointed, well decorated (just what you need to feel very good) is very bright with lots of storage, and with a superb terrace with splendid views of the harbor, beaches and the sea as far as the eye can see, as described and photos. Jacques is an available host and concerned about our well-being. The apartment is very nice, with a beautiful view of the waterfall and snow-capped mountains. Ideally located (right next to the tourist office and shops). The apartment is not large, but it doesn't feel that way because it is very well furnished and very well-equipped. There's even a fondue machine and raclette machine. It has a room to store skis and après-ski gear. We had a lovely stay there, and if I go back to Mont Dore I will come back if possible to this apartment. Recommended!

very good accommodation and excellent communication with them

Nice place near the city center with a parking place which makes life much easier. There is a lift which is good when you have suitcases as the flat is on 7th floor! The place has been done recently and is very clean. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. Kitchen is small and rudimentary but enough for breakfast or a simple meal: you better choose some of the very good burgundies restaurants in town! I recommend this place.
