Family dream: Spa & Cosy House close to Vienna

This place made us feel like a friend’s home, warm and delight. On the table, there is a welcome red wine for us , really sweet. :) My kids like the place right away, some toys are even same as ours at home. The location is 30mins drive to the center, not far at all. On the way back there are many supermarkets to shop for daily use. I communicated with the owners very well during our stay, they are a lovely local family who understand and help us in any questions we have. I highly recommend to families with kids to stay.

Very satisfied with the stay for 4 nights. Easy to get to Vienna westbahnhof in just 15 minutes (18min walk from apartment), cost EUR 1,90. Many hiking options in the area and some restaurants. Good view from the balcony and a nice loft apartment.

Cosy & Convenient Viennese Charm

Individuelle Unterkunft mit Charme. Gut ausgestattete Küche, sehr bequeme, große Matratze, große Badewanne mit Sprudel. Wer Filme/Serien oder so schauen möchte bringe sich am besten einen Adapter mit für den Computer (HDMI kommt aus der Wand und ist mit dem Beamer verbunden. Fußläufig gut zu erreichen, sind Bus und Straßenbahn. (Linie zwei empfehlen wir, weil sie oberirdisch ist und man so viel sehen kann). Da wir sehr früh angekommen sind, haben wir auch die Erlaubnis bekommen, früher einzustecken, was wir sehr freundlich fanden. Leider hatten wir dann Probleme die Tür zu öffnen aber nach dem Telefonat mit dem AirBnB Support hat auch das geklappt. Insgesamt eine sehr positive Erfahrung. Wir haben unsere Zeit in Wien sehr genossen.

Die Wohnung ist super gut gelegen, sauber, großzügig, hell, gut ausgestattet und sehr sehr stylisch eingerichtet. Auch der Balkon ist toll. Wir haben uns wahnsinnig wohl gefühlt und wollten gar nicht mehr gehen :) Check-in und Kommunikation liefen reibungslos.

Ho soggiornato durante le vacanze di Pasqua 2025 in questo monolocale spazioso nell’elegante quartiere Serviten. Da lì si raggiunge facilmente il centro storico con il tram D o con linea 4 della metropolitana. Ci siamo trovati benissimo. Appartamento pulito e cucina ben attrezzata. Benché si trovi al piano terra, non si sentono rumori per strada. In zona ci sono diversi ristoranti e locali, oltre a caffè e panetterie. Un'ottima soluzione per vistare la città.

I can't express enough praise for this host and their place - there's a reason why almost all of the reviews are 5 stars, this place is genuinely fantastic and a delight to stay in. The property is incredibly clean, the amenities are amazing (massive projector and sound system to connect to! Plus a steam room function in the shower!) and the host is just all-round lovely. One thing that stood out a lot is that the host is very responsive - almost all of my messages were responded to immediately, regardless of time, which was really appreciated especially as Tom & Pepi are busy with their own lives as well. I genuinely think this is one of the best properties available on AirBnb, I really enjoyed living here (I could watch season 2 of Severance on a massive projector, practically a cinema in-home) and was gutted to leave. If you can book this place, you 100% should go for it!

Das Airbnb „Villa mit Sauna & Jacuzzi" hat uns als Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren zu acht und es hat genügend Raum um zusammen ein paar Tage zu verbringen. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Küche ist ein wenig klein, aber es geht. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist ganz gut. Die Zimmer sind geräumig. Der Garten ist riesig und gepflegt. Die Sauna und das Jacuzzi sind natürlich ein grosses Plus. Die Distanz zur Altstadt/Stadtzentrum ist relativ weit, aber es gibt gute ÖV Verbindungen oder Uber. Gerne wieder!

We stayed at Florian's apartment for 11 days in April. It was clean, very spacious, beautifully decorated and well-equipped. We really felt at home from the minute we walked in. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to stay in a quiet and safe residential area with an easy and quick access to the historic centre and around. U-bahn stations and tram stops are a short walking distance, and we found the nearest supermarket very well-stocked and convenient - open till 8pm. The communication with Florian was very easy and friendly throughout. He was so kind and responsive. Staying at his apartment definitely enhanced our visit to Vienna. We highly recommend it! It was a nice place, Michael was really friendly. Just be aware that it is far from Viena, from the center between train and walking I made 58 minutes :) but it was a really nice neighborhood

Great place for the location and price if you are out and about. The flat is basic but nice and quiet and has everything you need. The area has lots of cafes and restaurants within a couple of minutes walk, and the underground and rental bikes are also nearby. Walter responded quickly and had nice tips for Vienna. I'd be happy to stay there again.

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind sehr nah. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Supermärkte und Einzelhandel in der nahen Umgebung. Im Wohnhaus ist es sehr ruhig, der Verkehr vor dem Haus ist nach unserem Empfinden eher gering, also auch ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Erwähnenswert ist aus unserer Sicht, dass das Bett 1,40 m breit ist. Das ist aber keine negative Kritik, das Bett war sehr gut. Das könnte aber für Paare eine wichtige Information sein.

Alexandro의 숙소는 너무 감각적이었어요! 생각보다 더 넓었고 멋있었습니다. 같이 생활하는 동안에도 사생활을 존중해주었으며, 언제나 친절했어요☺️ 다만 엘레베이터가 없어 25키로 캐리어를 들고 오르락 내리락하는 건 아주 힘들었습니다… 그럼에도 숙소가 너무 예쁘고 좋아서 비엔나에 오게 된다면 또 이용하고 싶어요!! 베개가 아주 편해서 잠이 잘 오는 숙소 였습니다 🩷
