Condo vacation rentals in Viareggio

Sonia's place was nice and clean and she was responsive. the apartment is very close to the beach. The only problem we had was with the lack of mosquito nets. The plants in the garden of the building were full of mosquitoes and inside when we first entered in the afternoon there were like 4 or 5 mosquitoes. Therefore we had issues with getting fresh air as it was very hard to open the windows and not get mosquitoes in. Apart from that the apartment is large and nicely equipped.

Beautiful little town. It felt like an experience of living in a medieval village - but with wifi. We enjoyed wine on the patio with views of the countryside. We were surprised by mosquitoes in October, but that speaks to their warmer weather and recent rain events. We had a nice time at the farmers market and were happy to be able to prepare the fresh mushrooms at =home in the well equipped kitchen.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The unit is very high quality and well furnished with everything we needed. The location is literally steps from the main square and all the main attractions. The kitchen is well stocked with very high quality tools which was a plus for us. We also really appreciated having a large bed since that’s what we are used to at home but is not common in Italy. Lastly, the Internet was super fast and allowed us to get some work done. Would love to stay again in the future!

We stayed in the apartment while attending an Italian language class. Great location for school and beach. Very comfortable bed. Great to have a washing machine. Good kitchen. Nice balcony to sit and have a drink. Great shower but be aware it’s small in size. Not a problem for us. Great space for us over the 2 weeks.

Cecilia is a very kind and caring person. Her house is very large and bright, the spaces are divided very well and furnished in a functional way. The house has everything and there's air conditioning! Due to the great heat we did not take advantage of the large equipped terrace, it was better to stay inside the house in the cool! the house is located in a quiet area, right in front of a large paid parking lot (25 euros per week), with a 10-minute walk along you get to the promenade and the beach resorts (we recommend Amedeo bath) and a few minutes away there are many supermarkets and shops of all kinds. We are 100% satisfied with our stay and will definitely be back next year! Thanks Cecilia

We had a very good time! We chose Barbara's apartment for a Carnival weekend. The house is very nice, located a short walk from the seafront, in a convenient location and equipped with all amenities. Barbara is very kind and welcoming, she welcomed us personally and gave us some tips to make the most of the weekend. If the opportunity arises, we will definitely be back!

We loved our time at Michele's place. The location is amazing, beautiful views of the sea and great location to walk to the main shopping and restaurant street. We will definitely stay here again!

The property is clean and very functional, spacious enough for 4 people! An exceptional location! A few meters from the main boardwalk that runs along the beautiful beaches of Viareggio and its bagnos by ten. Exceptional restaurants like the "Pivot bistro di mare" or "l 'Amaro" are just a few meters away! And what about the communication from Gianmarco who was very good advice and who was always able to make himself available according to our needs! We stayed for a weekend at Daniele's place. The house is small but equipped with everything you need, super warm, which in winter is a fundamental aspect especially if you travel like us with children. Daniele is a very nice host, he immediately gave us clear directions to the apartment so it was very easy to get there. The house is very clean and with a wonderful view. We had a great time. If possible, we will definitely be back!

Nice place as a base to explore the area. Beautiful hill-like area. Village of Pietresantra surprisingly nice! Beds a little softer than we like ourselves and the approach route with a low car was challenging, but otherwise a nice apartment!! Good communication with Fulvia.

The place is really a dream! We had a lovely, relaxing time with Deborah. The pool and location are great and Deborah gives great recommendations, is totally warm and you feel right at home. And we liked it so much that we want to come back!

We stayed at the end of the season in this really nice area and felt right at home on site. The old oil mill and our apartment are generously allowed, corresponded to the description, the photos shown are even better in reality. It was all clean, all the equipment worked and we felt very comfortable. The large swimming pool is a real highlight and has greatly upgraded the stay, especially the children. The reception on site went smoothly and was very well prepared in advance. We enjoyed the time very much and can really highly recommend the accommodation - the value for money is great! It was a very nice stay. The proximity to Pisa and Florence is a big plus. The kids were in the pool every day and everyone was very kind and helpful. Kjara had some great insider tips.

A comfortable air conditioned flat with well equipped kitchen, little balconies. It is better than the pictures! We were 4 adults and there were 3 different areas to sleep which worked perfectly for us. Just 1 bathroom is a bit tight. The swimming pool is great! Sightseeing in Tuscany worked very well. Having a car is a must for this property if you want to explore. If I can suggest summer blankets would be a very useful addition. Rest was great. Giorgio was super helpful with suggestions on restaurants and beaches.
