Vacation rentals with an accessible height toilet in Verde River

My partner had a surgery in Mayo Clinic so we decided to rent this place because it was so close from it. We don’t regret it, this place is so beautiful and spacious. The neighborhood is quiet. The house has a lot of amenities including games and pool table. The best thing is the backyard, a nice beautiful pool, jacuzzi, barbecue and big table where We really enjoyed having breakfast every morning. The only negative thing is that it gets so hot in the 2 rooms in the second floor during the day. However we didn’t use this rooms at all so it didn’t bothered us. The communication with the company manager of this property is excellent. I had a issue with the lock code because it ran out of battery and I couldn’t get in to the house, however they sent a couple gays to help me and they finally let me in to the house, the guy even offered me a refund of $27 to compensate the bad time which I really appreciated and thanked. In conclusion a good place to stay specially if you have a big family.

Lovely bunkhouse that packs lots of amenities and beauty into the space available. Our family of 4 loved it and the two kids had a great time with the bunk beds and the toys/books provided by our kind host Sara. We also enjoyed the complimentary snacks and the nice outdoor space including the bell tower.

What a sweet and peaceful stay. Our little group had work to do and reserved Chuck's space to both work and relax. It was perfect for both, and I appreciated the great communication, all the little details, the hot tub was blissful!!, and I slept great. The place is as described (note there are stairs, etc if you have mobility issues the bedrooms are upstairs and outside is landscaped so ask questions - Chuck is a good communicator - if you have concerns). I also really like that area of central Phoenix - it is close to freeways and lots of places if you aren't familiar with Phoenix. I'd stay here again for sure :)

Thank you so much for a truly exceptional stay! I have stayed in BnBs all over the US and this was the most perfectly set up for guests that I have ever seen. Really appreciated the special touches all over the house. We were very comfortable and tremendously enjoyed spending time at the house. Highly recommend staying here and getting away from the traffic and crowds of Sedona.

This place was absolutely lovely and I felt right at home surrounded by awesome sweet fluffs and she really took effort in getting good sheets, pillows, towels, its quality stuff. I’ve been to Airbnb’s and they do their best to make everything super cheap. She went next level and everything was so thoughtful! Her dogs are incredibly loving and healing. Great experience HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

This property was very quiet and peaceful. It’s about a 25 minute ride from downtown Sedona, and there a good views of the red rocks from the backyard. The area is beautiful and it was a perfect spot away from the crowds and traffic of Sedona. We did a bunch of hiking and the hot tub and outdoor fire place were both a great way to relax at the end of the day. The property was easy to find, clean, well kept, and exactly as described. The hosts Kim and Jim responded quickly and were very nice. I would definitely recommend this property!!

Carls place was the best we’ve ever stayed at by far! It felt just like home and Carl went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable. I will book here anytime I come to AZ.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Brandon's property. Had everything we needed . Grocery store across the street was so convenient. Plenty of good restaurants nearby. Just up the road from several key walking areas. It was nice to have the option of the pool and tennis courts. We would stay here again, for sure!

The inside was comfortable and cute! The room was bigger than I expected from the photos! The view is beautiful, I didn’t want to leave it!

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time staying at the cabin. The views from the room were amazing, even better since we caught the snow while we were staying there. We especially loved being able to use the hot tub during the cold weather. Wendy and Greg are very responsive and extremely accommodating. Absolutely recommend staying at their Prescott Log Cabin.

Brandon’s place was clean, neat and tidy. It was easy to get to and accessible to shopping and good eats. He was responsive and provided exhaustive list of recommendations from eating out to outdoor activities. We were able to check off a number of our travel plans using that list. Thank you, Brandon!!

We were a little further from Sedona than we thought we'd be, but the location was great. Having stayed in Sedona before, I preferred the Village of Oak Creek. It had everything we needed and the drive to Sedona was spectacular. The unit was clean and well furnished. Furniture and beds were comfortable. Shower and toilet area in the bathroom was tiny and difficult to navigate. I'm a pretty big guy and that's about the only negative thing I could say about the unit. Plenty of parking and good amenities. Maintenance person (Nathan) was very responsive. If we return to Sedona, we would stay there again. Also, before our arrival, Brandon was in constant communication with us. He provided all kinds of info regarding restaurants and things to do. It was very helpful.

Absolutely loved staying here. So peaceful. Can’t wait to be back in May.

The home was well supplied with kitchen utensils, and the appliances looked like they were recently purchased. Bathrooms were well supplied. Easy walking distance to restaurants and attractions.

Great place-simple but perfect. Loved the 2 separate bedrooms and 2 baths. Quiet, low traffic area, but close to everything.

Great area super close to whiskey row. We had a great time, it was super clean and private. Will definitely stay again.

Laura and Bob were great hosts. They were very attentive, and Bob even met us at the unit when we were checking in. Bob texted us half way through our stay to check in and make sure everything was going smoothly. The condo was very well appointed. They left us a basket with coffee and snacks. Its location was great with plenty of shopping, restaurants, hair salon, pharmacy and close to the 101. The property was very pretty and well maintained. Our stay was wonderful, and felt like home.
