Large seafront property facing south on Värmdö (35 min from Stockholm) with panoramic sea views and a shoreline of about 100 m. There are two houses, a main building (190 sqm) and guest house (40 sqm), both of which are located 30 meters from the water, where the own jetty is located. There you can sit in a hanging chair on one of the terraces and enjoy the incomparably beautiful view. Nice guest apartment suitable for a couple or 2 -3 people. The house is located in the idyllic pavilion area on Resarö with Resarö tennis courts and nice baths very close by. It is also close to the Resarö Pavilion with cafe, lunch and dinner on some evenings. Nice walk and jogging loops outside the door. It is close to the grocery store and bus. Welcome!

There are two small cottages at the waterfront with a view over Askrikebay. You rent them bouth. Here you will find a pir, porch and sauna There are two kayaks for rent. You also have access to Stockholm City and Bogesund nature reserve by local ferry. There is a good restaurant close by at the Island.
