Resarö is located in Vaxholm municipality, which is also called the capital of the archipelago. One advantage is that Resarö has a real road to the mainland, i.e. you can go by car, bus or bike without the need for a ferry. Transportation to Stockholm and Vaxholm City is good, there are buses almost around the clock. If you come from Arlanda Airport (ARN), it takes about 45 minutes by taxi. The accommodation is located in a lush garden with animals, nature and sea close by. Swimming dock in the Baltic Sea is about 200 meters away from the house.

The house consists of a double bedroom with sea views, sleep with the window open and hear the waves. Social room with fully-equipped kitchen, sofa and armchairs. Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Swimming dock available 100 meters from the house.

Direct ferry connection from Stockholm takes about 1.5 hours. Option to explore more islands from Vaxholm. Large plot and jetty for swimming are shared with us. Not suitable for small children.

In scenic Vikingshill in Saltsjö-Boo, about 20 minutes drive from Stockholm City, is our top renovated house with ocean view. The house is situated in a quiet and leafy residential area with a lot of history. A couple of minutes walk will take you to Velamsund's nature reserve with running tracks, riding school, restaurant, outdoor space and swimming area. Walk 15-20 minutes to the ferry that takes you out in the archipelago or to Stockholm city.

Perfect for those who want to stay in a scenic and quiet place, yet close to the capital's offerings and pulse.
