Unique architect-designed house in the Stockholm Archipelago, located 35 minutes from Stockholm City. You can get to the house by car, bus or boat. Possibility of a berth can be arranged. The accommodation offers all the comforts and is something for the bon vivant. The house was built in 2015 but has only been used for three years and is therefore perceived as completely new. 150 meters to the nearest swimming area. There are 3 additional swimming areas on the island. The island has a steamboat jetty where you can go with Vaxholm's boats into Stockholm. Warm welcome!

Forget all everyday worries and enjoy the sunset over Vaxholm in this spacious and peaceful accommodation. Large private jetty in a perfect sunny location with its own small beach, wood-fired hot tub and sauna, barbecue kitchen and grill. In the house there is a large and well-equipped kitchen directly adjacent to the dining room. Food can be ordered for delivery directly to the jetty. You can easily fit two families without feeling cramped and you can bring your pets. On the island, there is the possibility to play boule, ping pong and soccer.

Welcome to our family-friendly villa in the heart of the archipelago, Vaxholm! Close to swimming and beach, with swimming jetty 100 meters away and about 15 minutes walk to the city center with cozy cafes, restaurants and boat connections to the archipelago or Stockholm. A trampoline with a safety net for children is available on site. On the deck there is an electric hot tub for evening swimming. Our sweet and kind outdoor cat Olle is included in the rental – he settles with food and some love once a day!

Ozzy, who is a charming and friendly cat, lives in the house during your stay and feeding her morning and evening is included. Kummelnäs is close to the archipelago but also to the pulse of Stockholm. Swimming lakes, ferries to the archipelago or city are within walking distance. The house is 25 minutes by car from Stockholm city and 30 minutes by bus. The bus runs about 200 meters from the house.
