Peaceful, newly built house of 240 sqm with fantastic views of the ocean and furnished to really be able to cozy up and socialize. Large living room, kitchen and dining room in one (about 90 sqm), two more living rooms (one with TV, one hobby room). Four bedrooms, one of which is also an office. Three bathrooms. Large terrace with many seating areas and hot tub. Blueberry bushes and forest in the back and lovely sea views from the front. 150 meters to swimming, 500 meters to playground/swimming area, 15 km to Vaxholm, 30 km to central Stockholm.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful, idyllic place to stay on Resarö in the Stockholm archipelago, but close to Stockholm City (30 minutes by car). Swimming area and grocery store are within walking distance. You can get to Vaxholm (the capital of the archipelago) in 5 minutes (by car) or 10 minutes (by bus). From here, you can explore the Stockholm archipelago by boat with all its fantastic islands one day and the next explore Stockholm city with all its sights. The house was built in 2022 and has all the amenities you could imagine.

Cozy guesthouse with sun deck close to the sea

Welcome to Karlsudd, just outside of Vaxholm. This has been a paradise for hundred years with summer villas and permanent residences. Our guest house which is 50m2 is located below the main villa with its own sundeck with bbq, sea view and 300 meters to rocks or beach when you wish to take a swim. Bedroom with double bed and loft with two single beds (The loft is not suitable for children) It is 1.5 km to Bogesund Castle with hiking trails and 4 km to the Golf Club and 1 km to the Vaxholm boats.
