Absolutely breathtaking scenery and amazing place! Can only recommend Connie’s beautiful retreat. We visited as a family with 3 little ones and loved it from first moment. Thx and will certainly come back.

Very quiet location, clean and tidy apartments.

We just returned after a fantastic week in Fredrik's house on Storholmen, Stockholm. It is a real home with a wonderfully welcoming and personal atmosphere. Lots of books and games and maps and nice places to sit in the sun or shade playing board games and read - both inside and outside. We swam and rowed in Fredrik's boats and ran round the island clockwise and anti-clockwise. A truly memorable and special place. My warmest recommendations!! Claus DK

Our family had a wonderful one-week stay at Daniel and Malin’s house - the perfect home with the perfect hosts. The house and property are stunning - just as beautiful as in the photos. Everything inside the house was very well-appointed and in great shape - comfortable and clean bedrooms, great kitchen, lovely bathrooms, great electronics (WiFi, smart tv, Sonos home audio). The terrace and outside areas were great and we had numerous meals and family gatherings outside. The area is so tranquil and beautiful, with the stunningly beautiful lake only an eight minute walk away. We even spotted deers in the garden in the evening. Daniel was the perfect host - very helpful and responsive, and very generous in sharing everything their home had to offer, including their son’s toys and books, which my four year old son just loved. We’re already planning another stay here next summer, and cannot recommend this home and host highly enough!

Karl’s home was beautiful! I stayed here with a group of friends during the marathon weekend. The home was spacious, light and decorated perfectly. It was very easy to get into the city, either by bus or cab, and the local shop was only a short walk away. I’d highly recommend! Thanks so much Karl

Incredibly beautiful location and nice house with water views and walking distance to the swimming dock. Rebecka responded quickly to questions and was very helpful.

A brilliant spot approximately 30 min drive from the centre of Stockholm. Right by the water with sea views and 9min drive to the local town. Our family (kids aged 9 and 12) loved the pool and hot tub. Elin and Johan were great and the house had everything we needed. Hoping to come back soon.

Best stay ever!!! It was incredibly beautiful, so I spontaneously extended it another week. The house is so cute, cozy, perfectly equipped and exceptionally clean! Upon arrival, Robert and Diana showed me the surroundings. The two are so warm and always available on site and by message and incredibly helpful. They give great tips for things to do, restaurants, etc. The lake is really right outside the door, very clean and great for swimming. I could borrow the SUP at any time. The sea is also just 2 minutes away. I will never forget the days there and left with a heavy heart. I've rarely had such a perfect place to stay! THANK YOU!

Beautiful and cozy place in a great location! Everything was new and clean. The area felt calm and safe, yet it was very well located, close to the subway, supermarkets, restaurants and within walking distance of Gamla Stan. Access to the apartment was easy thanks to the clear instructions provided. I highly recommend this place for your stay in Stockholm!

Very nice place near the Stockholm centre. Apartment is large enough with all appliances. only thing missing is a mounted tv, otherwise everything is how it is described. Beautiful Sofo old town is nearby with lot of bars and cafes. Nice parks to walk and enjoy the views and nature.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Peo and Birgitta are so friendly and welcoming. The flat is lovely, and has everything you need for a great stay. It is situated in beautiful surroundigs very near a lake. Also very easy to get into Stockholm. Highly recommend.

Just the perfect place to settle in, quiet and calm and cozy. The home is so well appointed with natural fibers stone and materials, with art and design. It is a taste of Swedish culture in practice. If you are tired of staying in airbnb's that feel souless bland & vacant, this place is for you.

We stayed at Christian and Jaquemine's place for 30 days, and it was our first Airbnb experience. The flat is in a lovely and quiet neighbourhood. The nearby areas are perfect for hiking, with beautiful lakes, islets, beaches, and green forests with deer and other wildlife. Although the location seems far from the city on the map, frequent buses to Slussen take just 30 minutes, making it easy to reach the city centre whenever we wanted. I worked remotely during our stay, and the internet connection and workspace were excellent. The flat has everything one might need, and we never had issues wanting specific items, making it ideal for longer stays. I slept in both sleeping areas, and both were comfortable and spacious. The hosts were welcoming and kind. When my flight was postponed, they kindly offered to store my luggage even after check-out. They provided many thoughtful offers, showing how helpful and caring they are. I have no complaints and highly recommend it!

What and incredible an serene Place Surround by beautiful nature. We really enjoyed the beautifull and well equipped House and Garden, and definitley have to come back!

We had such a great time at this lovely cottage. We felt at home, the area is so quiet and yet close to a nice cafe, the sea, the grocery store, adventure swimming many hiking trails and not far into Stockholm. Ann-Kristin and Ragnar helped with everything we needed and made the stay so cozy. Thank you for everything, we would love to come back.

We spent two wonderful weeks in this fantastic house. Everything was perfect – the house is very well maintained, well equipped and offers a magnificent view of the water. The location on the quiet island is idyllic and yet Stockholm can be reached in only about 40 minutes. Linda and her husband were great hosts: warm, helpful and available at all times. We felt completely comfortable. We can highly recommend this place.

Absolutely wonderful place with private sauna and entrance to the lake. Andres and his son are extremely friendly and always responsive. Easy to get there with Uber, walking distance to Gustavsberg with porcelain fabric and shops and nice cafes and restaurants. We will be back again!

We ended our 15-day trip to Sweden in the most beautiful way with this little week at Jan's. We immediately felt comfortable in the house, whether it was the adults or our 3-year-old daughter. The calm is perfect, the house is excellently equipped and Jan's small touches complete this idyllic picture. Small bonus, the boat lent by Jan (with life jackets in multiple sizes) allows for walks and even fishing trips (here too, equipment provided)! We had a vehicle, but the proximity of the bus terminal allows you to reach either the small supermarket in 5 minutes or the Vaxholm pier in 30 minutes with a connection. The calm is absolute, and the deer visit the garden (huge!) morning and evening. To top it all off, Jan is a welcoming and present host without being intrusive, one of the very best of our Airbnb and other experiences. He made our stay unforgettable!
