Patio in two directions with both morning and evening sun. There is a small pebble beach directly adjacent to the house, 20 meters from the house there is also a wood-fired sauna that you can borrow. Lean back and relax in this nice & charming cottage. Approximately 400 meters to the sea bay & a small swimming area. Here, you will enjoy nature, walks & just being. In the summer, there is a barbecue & outdoor furniture on the private balcony. A rowing boat is available to borrow one day on request. There is a 120 cm bed & a sofa bed, drapery for the bedroom. No smoking, no pets due to allergies. Sheets & towels are not included but can be added for 150 SEK per person The house is close to the main house where we live permanently.

Welcome to stay in this newly renovated archipelago cottage in beautiful Roslagen. The accommodation is a few minutes' walk to the swimming area, Roslagsleden, nature reserve and nice running trails. Just outside the property is a popular playground. The bedroom has two sleeping places and the sofa bed in the living room two more. You can reach Norrtälje city center in 3 minutes by car or 15 minutes by foot. Close to Kapellskär and excursions to Åland. Unfortunately, the house cannot be booked for parties.

Koppla av med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Mitt i naturen med vackra vyer åt alla håll, njuter man av skärgården året om. Huset har ett väl utrustat kök, kamin att elda i, ett nybyggt gästhus samt en stor fin vedeldad bastu. Alla material är genomgående exklusiva och huset är byggt 2023 via husleverantören ”Sommarnöje”. Båda husen har en vacker altan runt om, vilket gör att man alltid kan njuta av solen på flera platser. En stig leder ner till en privat brygga och bjuder in till bad.
