Preview park and market view, shops and cinema 1 minute walk, beaches and lake 5 minutes walk. Presence of a bike storage room, with two men's and women's bikes available. Beautiful 80 m² accommodation, with independent access, swimming pool and garden in a very quiet and residential area close to Nauzan beach and the market. The accommodation has just been renovated and includes two comfortable and tastefully decorated bedrooms, a spacious shower room, a breakfast area which is included in the reservation. There is no fitted kitchen.
