Vacation rentals with lake access in Nouvelle-Aquitaine

We came to spend a weekend with our dog in Stéphane's house. The house is in a very good location, very clean and well-equipped! The host's warm welcome counts a lot, we felt at home as soon as we arrived. Thanks again!

Half troglodyte, it allows you to enjoy the freshness during the big summer days. We have a...do...re! Farid is a perfect host, always available and caring. 🙏 Ideal for nature lovers.

Wedding weekend at Château de Brie (if you are sightseeing in the area, this beautiful estate can be visited) we enjoyed our few hours of rest in Jeannette's very peaceful little house. We couldn't meet but we had very good exchanges with Jeannette to prepare for our arrival.

Our stay at the Old Stable was everything we had hoped for. Nic and Julia were wonderful hosts — thoughtful, attentive, and always available if needed. The property itself is stunning; the studio is beautifully designed and stays pleasantly cool even on the hottest days. We loved enjoying our morning coffee outside, taking in the view and the peaceful sounds of nature all around. Although the house feels wonderfully secluded in the middle of nature, all conveniences like supermarkets and restaurants are just a five-minute drive away. We spent two weeks there, fully unwinding, slowing down, and happily getting back to the essentials. See you soon !!

Honestly one of the most spectacular places I have ever stayed at we didn’t want to leave! Absolutely gorgeous and serene. There is a calmness to the area and everything in the house made it so easy. Our family had a magical time here and Jil was incredible. So helpful and kind. It was like visiting and staying at an old friend’s. The town was beautiful with very friendly people. Jil and Thomas have thought of everything you might need to the stereo system outside to the bbq and electric shutters for a perfect night sleep. We can’t wait to come back again and make it a tradition to stay here! 😍

We absolutely loved our stay at Chateaux de Jean. It was a heavenly 4 days on this beautiful estate and the accommodation has everything we needed. It was a dream come true to stay in a chateaux in France.

The accommodation is faithful to the description and photos. Very peaceful and functional. We really enjoyed the very bright living room and the two terraces. Stephanie was clear in her instructions and always available. We are delighted with our stay!

We had an absolutely lovely stay at Marine and Christian's. The grounds are beautiful, with a secluded pool and animals everywhere. We had everything we needed in the house and really appreciated the extra touches - hot tub, on-site massages and horse riding. Christian and Marine were warm and incredibly accommodating. Excellent stay in this modern, well-equipped and organized studio for optimal comfort. Beautiful view. Easy check-in. Access to the platform bed is a little acrobatic, preferred for young people.

This is our second stay in Claude's apartments. This time we enjoyed the view on the south side. The apartment is very comfortable and quiet while being very close to restaurants and beaches. Everything was perfect from our point of view.

Sophie and Craig were the perfect hosts, they were so friendly and welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. There was a welcoming (and much appreciated) basket of goodies waiting for us on our arrival and a bottle of wine in the fridge. The gite was just as described and the perfect place to unwind. Lovely views throughout the meadow and surrounding area, the natural pool was a delight. The chickens provided fresh eggs for breakfast and the dogs, Roo and Ted are adorable. Lovely little house, perfect for two, green and quiet. We had a short but pleasant stay. Aurel is a very friendly and responsive host who wants everything to go as well as possible.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Guillaume’s beautiful home. It is an oasis of peace and tranquility, surrounded by nature. My son loved exploring the grounds together and there were games also for extra entertainment. The house itself is stunning also, especially the living space, which is very tastefully decorated with a lovely huge window to look out on the trees. Guillaume is an excellent host and was always very responsive. The first thing my son said when we arrived was ‘Can we just not leave here?’ That says it all 😀

Jodie and her husband Jim are extremely nice and helpful hosts and available for any questions at any time. Thank you again, dear Jodie and dear Jim. The cottage and the entire complex are - as described - a small paradise and very well maintained. The view of the park-like garden and the large lake is fantastic - also from the terrace and the large bedroom. In the fully equipped kitchen, we were able to prepare delicious dishes. It is an optimal terrain if you are looking for peace and relaxation. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend the place.

Very interesting quirky old house with lots of lovely antique things in it. It is set in a wide open space with swings and slides and had loads of amazing toys which my 3 year old grandson loved. He didn’t want to leave and said he was going to miss the very friendly donkeys and all the toys. We had a lovely time but sadly the weather was very mixed so we only managed to use the pool once. On our last night we ate at Azul in Cancon and it was excellent. Thank you Françoise and Pascal for a lovely stay.
