Clean, renovated and well-appointed apartment located steps from the ocean and the center of Soulac. The kitchen is well-equipped and the rooms are nice. The kitchen is well-equipped, the residence is quiet and a parking space is available. Isabelle is always available to answer any questions. A good place!

Small cozy apartment, ideal for a couple +2 children! Everything is there, even the beach games, umbrella etc...! very functional kitchen, nice little balcony for breakfast for two, small bathroom but very functional too... only downsides (beyond the control of the hosts): nonexistent mobile network, no Wifi and fickle TV. So perfect for unplugging!

Pleasant welcome. Very clean and very well-equipped accommodation. The owners also provide bicycles, making it easy for us to go shopping. The bike path is 2 minutes away and took us to beautiful beaches crossing the forest. Really great!

We had a nice welcome and were able to access the house earlier than expected. Christine took the time to show us the house. She also gave us a lot of tips on the must-sees of this beautiful region. The house is very pleasant to stay in, with character, the pine trees around contribute to it. We had a pleasant stay at Marielle and Jean Claude's who allowed us to discover the surroundings thanks to their very relevant advice. Small downside about the situation on the ground floor of the apartment, which takes away a little interest from the terrace, adjoining on each side...

We really enjoyed our stay at Roselyne's. The flat is ideally located in the center of Royan, we could walk around easily, there are lots of restaurants, bars and cafes nearby. The place was very comfortable, clean and ideal for a long weekend. We recommend it!
