Beautiful Villa in a nice peaceful location

A peaceful week in this accommodation with modern amenities. A small regret about the location of the 2 large beds because they are upstairs and the stairs are steep and the steps narrow. Sabrina is very welcoming and we enjoyed the welcome gifts from Thomas. Thank you for validating us for this beautiful stay.

We had a lovely stay with family in St Palais. The accommodation was very good, well located not far from the sea and the Sentier des Douaniers, perfect for reaching the beaches and walking with the dogs. We also received a very good welcome from Agnès. 🙂

Laetitia is a very friendly and responsive host. Clean house, convenient for groups (near Rancho for partygoers😊). Residential neighborhood, pleasant unheated swimming pool but with a dome that keeps the heat well despite everything.

Spacious, bright and very comfortable house with sober but very nice decoration. In addition, well located with the beach a 10 min walk and the center of St Georges 30 min away. We were three couples of friends and we are all delighted with our stay. Thanks to our hosts

The house was superb - spacious, smart and very well-equipped in every respect. It has a lovely pool, pool house and poolside lounging area, which our children and grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed. Its location in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer is great, with one beach (Plage du Platin) within easy walking distance and others (Grand Coté, Bureau and Nauzan) just a little further away. There is a good boulangerie (which serves pizzas in the evening) and a seafood supplier just 5 minutes walk away. We would be very happy to stay with Catherine again and thoroughly recommend the house.

We spent a few days in Nolwenn's place and one thing is for sure, we'll be back! The studio is very well located. It is close to various small villages and the first beaches are not too far away, but it remains in a fairly remote corner to enjoy the calm offered by the surrounding nature. There are beautiful walks and many visits to make in the area. To return to the studio, it is perfectly furnished and equipped. Its terrace offers a beautiful advantage to enjoy its meals and evenings in the open air. Finally, Nolwenn was a very pleasant, smiling, available, responsive and good advice host. Thank you again for hosting us!

Clean, tidy "cabin spirit" accommodation. Bright, spacious, exotic accommodation. Many activities around to do such as visit the citadel and the city of Château d'Oleron, the beach and many paths in the woods.

very functional accommodation and very conveniently located! it was ideal, no need to take the car to the beach! and close to everything! We were able to go to Royan, Palmyra Zoo, Fouras, La Rochelle! There is really much to do in the area!

Listing is as described. The location is ideal, close to the beach (be careful, lots of rocks so swimming is better at high tide) and access to the city center by the coastal path or the bike path. Host flexible with check in time. I recommend it.

We had a great time! I had some fears about renting the apartment above, but Francine and Bertrand reassured me and everything went very well. The house is superb and well-equipped, the garden too; several beaches are nearby: great comfort with children.

The house is modern, yet cozy. The garden is very nice, the flowers all smell wonderful. The kitchen was also well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. A highlight was definitely the jacuzzi. We felt very comfortable and welcome for a short stay of two nights with our young children and dog. A lot of new houses are being built in the area. Therefore, sometimes some construction noise could be heard, but it could no longer be heard with the windows closed. Great value for money and nice landlords. We highly recommend the place.

We were 2 couples of friends + our children at Isabelle's. The house is very well equipped and functional, perfectly clean (recently refurbished) and very convenient with children with its fully fenced garden. Isabelle is a very pleasant and clear host, booking was easy to make. The location is nice, in a suburban area very close to the beach of the Saint-Palais-sur-Mer office. Recommended!

Each room is pleasant to live in, and the kitchen is a real highlight: incredibly well-equipped, you'll find absolutely everything you need to cook. The warm and neat atmosphere of the place gives a real feeling of well-being. The house is very well maintained, tastefully decorated, and full of charm. Quiet accommodation and close to the coast and main activities in the area. Very nice small garden with table and garden furniture. Very clean and perfect accommodation for 4 adults with children. Possibility of having a baby bed, baby bath, etc.
