Thomas and Sabrina's house is very well located, less than 5 minutes walk to the beach and shops / restaurants / casino It's really a central place between Royan (center) and Saint Palais, Palmyra, etc. Many activities and walks close by. The house itself is a small house but perfectly arranged and pleasant, it is quiet and no parking problems. All at a very reasonable rate for those who know how nice and in-demand this area is! In addition, both Sabrina and Thomas were very responsive and friendly in our exchanges. I will find it without hesitation.

We had a great vacation. The accommodation is very functional and very clean. We were hosted very well by David who has very good advice for sightseeing in the area. We would recommend it in a second.

Stéphane and his wife are great hosts, they took great care of us, and what can I say about the house, the children simply forgot about screens and were able to enjoy the pool and tennis court and foosball and ping-pong and we enjoyed the jacuzzi😁. The place is very close to Royan, Palmyre and Bordeaux as well, so great for walks! Verdict: we'll be back!

A dream house! Surrounded by a large plot, the house is spacious and well laid out. We immediately felt at home. The pool was much appreciated by young and old. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped. Fiber internet connection that allowed efficient teleworking for several people.

We had a great time at Sandra's. The terrace with the jacuzzi are really great. Very very quiet accommodation, very clean, very comfortable, very well decorated! We were passing through to go to the southwest, we would have liked to have stayed longer!!

hello, Chantal's house is described exactly as we discovered it on arrival, the children loved the garden and the games inside the accommodation. the house is pleasant to live in for 4 people, we will not hesitate to come back when we return to Royan. Chantal is very nice and available.

Clean and comfortable accommodation. Equipped kitchen. Quiet. Well heated. Easy to park. Good stay, in the countryside, good hosting. I recommend it.

Very good stay spent in Marie Hélène's cabin, which has all the comfort advertised. the proximity to the fairly transient road during the day, is not really a constraint...for a couple, it's a perfect place! the absence of separate toilets can be a constraint if there are four of you... Finally Marie Hélène, is a friendly person, welcoming and who knows her region very well! An address where we could happily return.

We booked to spend some time on a family vacation and it was very nice. The accommodation is very comfortable, spacious, as shown in the photos and the garden is very nice. Bernard is very welcoming and Michelle has decorated the house very well.

Accommodation as described, beach, accessible in two minutes, unsupervised, without being crowded with people. I recommend a stay at Sandrine's, apartment in a quiet residence.

Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

Very nice location in a quiet and shady residence. The rooms are a little narrow but it's not really a problem because we live mostly outside and we are lucky to have two terraces. Frédéric is a responsive host who was able to effectively resolve our small concerns.

Comfortable accommodation, arranged and furnished with taste and refinement. Very well located, both close to the beach and the heart of the city, it offers all the qualities of luxury accommodation. Jean-Marc, our host, was always very responsive and answered all our questions and queries clearly. Our communication with him has always been efficient and smooth. We had a great time at Jean-Marc's and will be happy to come back on occasion.

We had a great time at F***y's home. The house is in a great location, close to beaches, shops and activities. The house is welcoming and tastefully decorated. There is everything available and it feels like home. We recommend it with our eyes closed. Thank you

Delighted with our stay and accommodation when we arrived. Easy access, very complete information in a welcome book to explain how the amenities worked. We quickly turned on a fire when we arrived that quickly heated the space what happiness! The house is so well equipped for cooking (it's rare in a rental). Enclosed garden for our great dog… Easily accessible… beach, supermarket. We took the car to go down to the beach but because we had my mom who is old. I highly recommend and hope to return to Saint Palais. Thanks Fabienne and Gregor.
