An easy 5-star rating. The place is beautiful, right in downtown Saintes, walking distance to amazing restaurants and the city center. Anne and Lionel are SO kind and helpful, and made me feel right at home. The space was clean and inviting. I would return in a heartbeat! Thank you, Anne and Lionel, for a superb experience!

cosi home, neat decor. there is everything you need for a good stay ( appliances++). our hosts have been welcoming and easy. we enjoyed the proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants. The big plus, the air conditioning, much appreciated by these hot weather.

Super apartment in a very quiet part of Saintes, at only a 10 minutes walk from the historic center. Parking right in front of the house! The apartment is super spacious and practical, and the deco is top. We loved the outside space where we took our breakfast in the morning sun. Very relaxing!! Many thanks to Bea and her husband for their hospitality.

Unpretentious accommodation that nevertheless has everything: quiet location, yet close to the beach in the residential and select neighborhood of the park, abundant and quality amenities and a terrace that lends itself to the sunniest breakfasts. Very good stay. Very bright apartment, faithful to the photos and above all very functional. The terrace is a much appreciated plus. The beach and shops are nearby. Emmanuelle is very kind and responsive. Had an excellent week. We'll be happy to go back.

Accommodation near the city center, quiet, very clean, very well-equipped, just a downside, we don't capture very well with our mobile phones. The accommodation is lovely.

We had a great weekend at La Cotinière. The apartment is nice, well-appointed and perfectly located for enjoying the port and surroundings on foot. The hosting was very warm, we felt good there right away. A beautiful place on the island of Oléron, which I would gladly recommend.

Very nice accommodation, as described and even beyond our expectations regarding the garden which is huge, very well appointed and perfectly maintained. The indoor pool was appreciated in view of the mixed weather. We had a great weekend with friends! I would recommend it in a second.

very nice stay at Corine's. Fanny on site is very responsive and makes efforts to improve the stay. The accommodation is perfectly equipped. The terrace is nice, the modern kitchen is very well equipped. Look carefully because there is everything. a welcome booklet is very useful with tips on where to go. We were two families with 5 children in total and had a great time at Stéphane's! The place is ideal, very well located, a short walk to the beach. The kids had a great time and so did the adults! We had a great time! The accommodation was impeccably clean and perfectly as described. The concierge was very available and attentive, which made our check-in and check-out very easy. The location is ideal, close to downtown and the Charles Martel promenade. The value is unbeatable. Everything you needed was in the house. Parking space is very small. We chose to park on the street. There were plenty of free spots. We strongly recommend!

We were 6 adults, we spent 2 nights at Laurent's Location is very calm and peaceful The house is definitely worth a visit. There's everything you need for a comfortable stay. Swimming pool, garden and terrace, everything is there to enjoy the outdoors The bikes available (with anti-theft and pumps) are also very practical I recommend it 200%

Mylène and Laurent were lovely from the time of our booking, very flexible and available. The accommodation perfectly matched our expectations and we were even pleasantly surprised by all the equipment there was in the accommodation.
