La zona era muy tranquila y silenciosa, Apartamento amplio y cama cómoda, Estaba todo limpio, Parada de autobús cercana al igual que los super y fruterias, Lo único "malo" seria la vitrocerámica, que al ser dos y super juntos estorban al querer poner dos sartenes al mismos tiempo, de lo contrario todo estaba perfecto y repetiremos sin duda este alojamiento, Gracias a Manuela y Alba por la comunicación que ha sido de 10 y la flexibilidad que tenéis en todo momento

Super schoon appartement dichtbij de zee. Het complex heeft goede faciliteiten met een zwembad en een restaurant. In de buurt zijn veel leuke restaurantjes op loopafstand.

Great location. A bit noisy because of the restaurant right below the master bedroom. It didn’t bother us much but some people are more sensitive sleepers. It’s really great for families - especially because of the playground on the property and the location. We would definitely stay here again

Wonderful apartment to stay for a family of 5. The terraces we're big with sea views, the apartment complex has tennis and basketball/soccer courts, and it's a 5 minute walk to the beach. Included parking was a nice perk when we stayed but in summer would be a must. The kitchen was well equipped for making meals, and a washing machine was helpful for when we came back from the beach sandy! Everything was clean, lots of space, and about a 30-40 min drive to Valencia. We loved it, and the fact that the apartment has tennis rackets and beach towels made packing easier.

Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht. Es ist etwas auserhalb von Valencia aber mit dem Bus, Taxi oder Auto alles gut erreichbar. Der Strand ist sehr schön und die Strandpromenade. Mir hat es gut gefallen.

Estuvimos muy bien en ochenta y siete llaves, tuvimos un par de pequeños problemas que Alejandra resolvió inmediatamente, el apartamento estaba super limpio e increíble igual que en las fotos, hay un café a pocos metros con panadería que se desayuna muy bien, al igual que el bar Ricardo, un excelente lugar de tapas!. En nuestro próximo viaje a Valencia seguro nos alojaremos en ochenta y siete llaves, gracias por todo!!

Het is een toplocatie, we kwamen om uit te rusten maar dat lukte niet echt door de omgevingsgeluiden die duidelijk hoorbaar zijn (snelweg, uitgaande mensen tot laat in de nacht) in de slaapkamer. De ramen zijn niet geluidsdicht. Als je daar geen last van hebt is het een hele leuke plekje.

Perfect, peaceful location for hikes ! Martin communicates proactively! We were very happy with the tips we got! We had a small problem with the heating but Martin was very responsive and sent help very quickly. Would be happy to be back!

Alles war sehr unkompliziert. Konnten gut kochen in der Küche und obwohl die Wohnung klein ist, ist alles sehr geräumig und es hat viel Stauraum. Unsere Kleine hat auch sehr gut im Babybett geschlafen, welches knapp ins Schlafzimmer passt. Lediglich das Schwimmbad war uns zu kalt. Wir waren nur einmal kurz da. Die Wohnung ist super gelegen. Haben uns wohl und sicher gefühlt.

Beautiful apartment in Valencia, great location, beach across the road. Apartment had all you'd require for a short or long term stay. Maria was very helpful with check in and all communication. Would definitely recommend Maria's apartment, and would gladly visit again.

Amazing apartment in a quiet area. Marisa is very helpful and we can find everything we need. There is children play area just downstairs and we have all the equipments for play in the apartment like football, mini golf, padel, ping-pong, sands toys… perfect for family with kids. There is a garage with private parking place, only 15min drive to the city center. And supermarket and good breakfast shop in walking distance. Highly recommended!

Very easy walk to 2 main train stations, cathedral and restaurants. We even walked to the Arts & Sciences Complex from here. I would just mention that the apartment is on the second floor so there are 6 flights of stairs but not a problem for us.

Apartamento muy luminoso y agradable con todo lo necesario para no preocuparte de nada durante tu estancia más que disfrutarla, trato muy cercano de la propietaria y atenta

Abbiamo soggiornato nell’appartamento di Josè Antonio ed Eva e per noi è stato come essere a casa nostra. Tutto era molto pulito e attrezzato, dalla cucina al bagno!C’era il necessario e anche di più. Cosa molto gradita specialmente quando si arriva in aereo e con figli. La posizione, che avevamo ovviamente valutato in fase di scelta, è stata un’ulteriore conferma di praticità, sia che si volesse raggiungere il centro sia che si volesse andare in spiaggia. Praticamente si trova di fronte al divertentissimo (e gratuito) parco Gulliver ma anche alla Città delle Arti, delle Scienze, al planetario e all’acquario. Per il nostro soggiorno abbiamo scelto di muoverci esclusivamente in bici ed è stato perfetto. Si arriva agilmente anche al bel Bioparco, che sembrava la metà più lontana. José Antonio ed Eva sono stati come una famiglia per noi, hanno arricchito il nostro soggiorno con consigli e sono stati adorabilmente premurosi in particolare con nostra figlia di 4 anni. Super consigliato!

La casa es muy acogedora y cómoda, nos hemos sentido como en casa. La terraza y la piscina en la misma puerta estaba genial. Ideal para niños. El pueblo es tranquilo pero tiene todos los servicios necesarios.

The apartment is fully renovated, very clean and great location.

Villa Jungla (“VJ”) is exceptional. While maybe not on-par with some ABNB places that are closer to central Valencia or as to historical style, it worked well for us. Even if not “luxury” to some, it definitely is up-scale. Space was important, for family to not be cramped and beds & sizes to best accommodate them with window shades. And quick access to the airport. VJ has it. Plane noise was not an issue; the place is well-insulated with dual-pane windows for comfort & noise. From ABNB inventory we saw in multiple city sections, VJ beat all others hands-down as to value. One family member (who travels extensively and stays in ABNBs globally) was concerned that the location was far from central VLC. Turned out that was not an issue, as I had surmised; the metro made access easy within 30-35 minutes including walking to Rosas station (nearer than Manises station). Principal grocers and variety of eateries are convenient. Overall, a great place.

A really lovely experience from booking to departure. Maria Isabel was a wonderful host. She responded quickly to queries and was very helpful about the area. The house was spotless and in a lovely location. I'd absolutely book with her again.

Superbe logement proche du centre de Valence équipée sur tout les points rien à redire. La maison rend 10 fois mieux qu’en photo la piscine impeccable la salle de sport est grande et équipée comme il le faut j’ai pu suivre mes entraînements malgré le fait que je soit en vacances on a passer une très bonne semaine sur Valence et le logement et l’une des ses raisons encore merci au deux hôtes qui ont été très accueillant et réactif au moindre problème. Encore merci aux hôtes pour l’accueil et ce séjour

Nos sorprendió la casa, situada en una villa junto a más casas con un espacio comunitario enorme con todo tipo de instalaciones, totalmente recomendable.

Muy atento siempre pendiente de cualquier novedad, amable, las instalaciones excelentes muy cómodo todo con buen espacio, tiene una zona de relajación muy bien equipada y en muy buena condiciones, recomendado siempre, un casa de lujo Volveré…

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Vincenzo. L'appartement est très bien situé, à quelques minutes à pied du centre ville, du tramway, du métro (2 lignes directes pour l'aéroport), dans un quartier idéal. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans l'appartement et des supérettes ainsi qu'un supermarché facilement accessibles. Le quartier est très sympa, avec des restaurants et bars. La terrasse est très agréable, un bonheur de s'y poser pour le petit-déjeuner ou l'apéro... Information par rapport à la petite chambre : comme indiqué dans d'autres commentaires, c'est très bruyant. Nous avons eu la chance de pouvoir accéder à l'appartement plus tôt que prévu. Muchísimas gracias Vincenzo
