A big thank you to Frédéric because we had a great weekend!!! We recommend this accommodation, if you'd like to stop at Les Sables d'Olonne, don't hesitate. Accommodation as described in all respects and more. We parked the car (in a safe place) and visited Les Sables d'Olonne for three days by bike, which was really very pleasant, because it's close to the center, the beaches... It makes you want to come back!! Thanks again, Frédéric

Nice and very quiet accommodation. On our arrival a little sweet treat was waiting for us, after the road it was nice, thank you so much. There is really everything you need in the house, everything is designed to make tenants feel good. The best part is the enclosed courtyard to park the car. Great locations for this cute little house, very convenient, thanks in particular to its exterior. It is very well-equipped and very pretty. The only small downside perhaps, the master bedroom is upstairs and the children's bedroom downstairs, but otherwise everything was great!

We had a great stay with our two children. The area is very peaceful, I had the pleasure of walking / running around the nearby lake - it's a big plus :-) The stay went impeccably and we even ended with a BBQ on our private terrace. Second stay at Sophie's, always as enchanting! The calm, the greenery, the proximity to animals, the games in the garden... everything is ideal for children (and parents!). And above all, Sophie's exceptional hospitality: it's a real pleasure to interact with her, whether you're big or small!

Great accommodation, very well-equipped, clean and very functional, in a very nice neighborhood, close to everything but especially the beach which is accessible by a small pine forest! A little extra for the balcony which is really nice for lunch. Delphine was very responsive and pleasant by message, she was also flexible on our arrival and departure, thank you very much once again :)

Very well located, perfectly equipped and tastefully decorated apartment. The location is ideal in Montaigu, close to all shops and restaurants. Perfect for visiting the area: just 30 minutes from Puy du Fou, 40 minutes from Nantes, and close to the Vendée coast. We had a great time, I highly recommend it.

The hosts are very nice. The accommodation is great and super clean. And in a very good location (a few minutes' walk to the beach).

We had an absolutely perfect stay in this apartment! Everything was as advertised, spotlessly clean and very well-equipped. The welcome was warm and attentive, and Jean-Yves, our host, was simply great: available, responsive and very friendly. It immediately feels like a home away from home. I recommend it without a second thought and will not hesitate to come back!

The added bonus is the positioning of the accommodation on the edge of the camping area, so it's quite quiet and with a view of the body of water. 😀 I recommend both the accommodation and the Concierge. Beautiful accommodation, authentic, no fuss, everything is planned for a pleasant stay. Lots of attention for children with board games for all ages, costumes, outdoor games. 35 minutes from Puy du Fou, 50 minutes from Les Sables d'Olonne... We appreciate the basic necessities to be immediately comfortable (laundry, soap, groceries, enough to have lunch...) as well as the beds made. We also appreciate the opportunity to go and see the animals, pick a strawberry or collect an egg... Great value for money!!!

Monique's house exceeded all our expectations. If you wanted peace and quiet then Chateau-Guibert is the place for you. The house is set in beautiful gardens with a wonderful view of the small fishing lake. There are no shops - only a baguette dispenser! - but Mareuil sur Lay Dissais was only about 5kms away by car. This was a charming village. The pool at the house made it as the coast is about an hour's drive away. We did go to La Rochelle and Les Sables D'Olonne and the coast inbetween, all about an hour's drive away as well. The house itself was extremely comfortable and very well kitted out - there was everything you could possibly need and more. Several different seating areas outside as well. Monique could not have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. It was a delight to meet her. We would highly recommend this holiday home, and would be very happy to return here.
