We really enjoyed this family home which allowed us to spend Christmas as a family. It's a paradise for the little ones who found something to do. The garden must be very nice in warmer weather. The neighborhood is very quiet and the amenities are very close. It's easy to park in the cul-de-sac. Thanks to Amandine and her husband for hosting us.

Very nice well-equipped house in a quiet and residential area. The accommodation is perfectly located 5 min from the beach and close to all shops. The welcome was at the top 👍 We would definitely recommend it.

5 star review for 5 star super-host and perfect place. Christophe is a great host. Giving us great tips (we went Biking at Isle d’Yeu, catamaran sailing at noirmoutier,…) and always on the look-out to help / have a friendly chat. The place has a very charming swimming pool surrounded by flowers and herbs which can be used to cook on the BBQ. In short everything is there to have a wonderfull stay. We didn’t spend much time indoors but it’s very well renovated and Christophe keeps it in excellent conditions

The house is absolutely great (I agree with some older reviews: the living room and the rooms are much more spacious than the photos let them guess: it's a nice surprise when you arrive). We appreciated the amenities, comfort and decoration of the house, as well as its location: full of nice walks nearby, a delicious bakery in Dompierre (L 'AuthentiQ), one of the best dinners of our life at the restaurant La PierreVue in Saint-Rogatien, La Rochelle and its aquarium to see absolutely less than 20 minutes away... The heated pool in this sunny early April was a real enchantment. Finally Marine is a particularly warm and attentive host, and the communication was very pleasant. We will come back without hesitation!

Great hospitality from David and a small impeccable apartment! Very well equipped, it has everything you need, from a snail shell to a hairdryer! Perfect for a small family, like ours with two children. The accommodation is very well located near the heart of the village of La Flotte. Underground parking allows you to park the car. In short, a perfect place to stay! We'll be happy to come back. Thank you David for hosting us!

Brigitte is a very welcoming and pleasant host. The accommodation is very convenient, well located, close to the port and shops on foot. The residence is very quiet and with private parking, it is ideal.

We just spent 2 nights for 3 people in this apartment and loved our stay. This minimalist home had everything we needed for a smooth stay. Jean-François and Florence are very responsive and caring hosts and have very good recommendations. Clean accommodation and very well located. Only problem: the heated outdoor pool only opens in May and not at the end of April as written in the description. We recommend the eyes closed!

Very well arranged apartment, everything is there. Private parking is a big plus. The space was very clean. We had a great time, we won't hesitate to come back to try the pool in good weather. house in a new subdivision located in a locality. Quiet +++. Walking tour in the surrounding marshes, car to arrive very quickly at daily or leisure amenities (beaches, markets, marshes, etc.). Being 2 couples with small children, the layout allowed to have our 2 places of nights + shower + toilet separated (practical to be independent). House where all the amenities are well thought out, clean, accordingly and even for the children, very appreciated! thank you 😉 Pool and garden pool and garden pool at the top and secure thank you for the stay at your property 👍 just a downside odor for the shower master suite, we warned. We used the spacious master bathroom with a nice organization 😁 because 4 adults and 3 children.

Pleasant house, close to the ocean, quiet, very well equipped (dishes, games, mini chain, hooks to put things everywhere...). The three bedrooms upstairs are close to each other but well soundproofed. And then there's the pool!
