TanV welcomed us into her home with so much warmth and love along with her sweet dog luna. We LOVED being here and would recommend this to everyone looking for a place to stay. We loved sitting out on the terrace, sharing late night chats, cuddling with Luna and eating dinner together. The room itself was so cosy and it all felt like home. But of course privacy was super respected and you can choose how much you interact :). We’d come back here in a heartbeat, and now we have a friend for life❤️ (including a new furry friend for life 🐶) Thank you again 💕😘 we’ll miss you dearly x

It is a peaceful place. Spacious house with the entire house and garden for your self. Clean bathrooms. Amenities were working properly. TV, Refrigerator, AC, WiFi, hot water, water filter, inverter. Parking space for car. There are 2 bedrooms with double bed to sleep 4 people. Nikhil knows the area with the location of places to eat. Drivable distance to Palolem beach. Not too far from Devbagh and Karwar beach. Overall a good experience for a family.

Very beautiful, clean house, will many antique pieces used for home decor. Carmine makes sure to message you well in advance with the details of the place. Dr. Cajy and his family hosted us, and they're wonderful people. Overall, we had a lovely experience.

I had an amazing stay at this charming place right on Agonda Beach! The location couldn't have been better – just steps away from the beach with stunning views. The in-house restaurant and bar were fantastic, offering delicious meals and refreshing drinks. The atmosphere was relaxed and inviting, perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. The property is very easily accessible, and everything you need is within reach, making it incredibly convenient. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful, beachfront getaway with great food and service!

Enjoyed our stay at Denis'. It is a short walk away from the beach, you can view the beach and hear the waves from the porch outside. Deepti was very helpful throughout and was sweet enough to bring us groceries from the market. Fully functional kitchen, wifi, everything was great.

The place was beautiful, with pool and it was completely private with parking. It was same as described in the photos. All the kitchen appliances were available , you can cook or order anything everything is available there. The property is very neat and clean including pool , garden. It looks beautiful in the evening with all the Bungalow lights on. Also the owner is easily reachable for all the help required and is very friendly. I would highly recommend this place for a family or a couple, no need to search for any other places.

We had a great stay here. Initially, the room we booked had a non-functional AC due to damage caused by a previous guest. However, the host proactively informed us about this before our arrival and immediately provided us with a better room. This reflects the host's excellent proactiveness and commitment to ensuring a comfortable stay.

It's a quiet good and comfortable stay. very clean and the room interiors are very attractive and neat and have all the facilities inside the house. very near to palolona beach and little bit further and reachable to cola beach and agonda beach.

I highly recommend this Airbnb! After moving from a dreadful hotel, I felt so so lucky to have landed on my feet! Nestled quietly up in the treetops, massive windows and a balcony really make the most of the views and birds and trees, and it’s so incredibly private - too far up to be seen, only flat on fourth floor. Lovely security guards. Very clean. Hot water works perfectly, as did everything else. So grateful for my stay, would defo stay again. Cafe Kashish and Karma Cafe are highly recommended food and chill spots, with incredible staff, and so close. Equidistant between patnem and Palolem beaches, lots of nice exploring in the area.

A great place! Kapil helped me sort a driver for my mum (who was nervous coming to India to meet us on her own). The flat was great and was a lovely place to chill out and relax. Highly recommend!

What an amazing 2 weeks of stay, private home with forest views, cold breeze, very close to many beaches, board games, grocery closeby, fruits and veggies closer, kitchen well kept, well ventilated. Shivani is very flexible with the guests, she provides great recommendations, organised extra utensils since it was a longer stay. Board games were a plus. Loved the cold breeze and forest view with many birds and animals to spot. Look forward to our next trip at this friendly and homely place.

The place exceeded our expectations, it was even better than the photos. Spacious, well-maintained, and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities and kitchen essentials. Everything was thoughtfully arranged and spotlessly clean. The caretaker made our check-in smooth and was readily available throughout our stay. The society’s accessible pool was the cherry on top, and the view from the large balcony was a real bonus especially during the evening sunsets. We had a wonderful time in ayushi's property. we got to stay in 3 of her Airbnbs as we extended our trip and all of them were awesome. Clean and tastefully decorated with all necessary amenities, felt right at home. Moreover Ayushi was always responsive and helpful. we needed mixer grinder and she arranged it for us as well. All n all had a great time, will be visiting again and going to recommend all my friends as well. Thank you Ayushi.

We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights (family of 4 - 2 adults and 2 teenage kids). Location: - The place is very close to Patnem beach and around 1km from Palolem beach. - Lots of small restaurants nearby (around 300m) with excellent food options - Very peaceful, quiet and green surrounding yet close to the highway Apartment: - The apartment is quite large with 2 Bedrooms and 2 toilets. - There's an open kitchen with RO water and microwave. - Everything was clean and spic and span. - The linen in both bedrooms was spotless. - Two geysers provide hotwater - Best part is the excellent cross-ventilation. I just loved the plan of the apartment. - The apartment staff is very friendly and helpful Host - Belanti was very friendly and responsive, and provided all recommendations for food, activities, conveyance etc To be aware: - Power does go off sometimes, and there's no UPS The hidden secret is - covered car park which is very very rare! Would love to stay there again!
