Vacation rentals with a patio in Uttara Kannada

We had a great stay in Palolem Plaza! Our host was very responsive, helpful and proactive in her communication. The apartment was nice and we appreciated that it came with a wash machine, two desks with a comfortable office chair and two separate rooms.

I stayed at Andrea's home during a much needed break to Goa and it was the perfect space for it. Located in a safe apartment in a peaceful location tucked away in Canacona. i particularly appreciated Andrea's responsiveness to messages and her helpful nature of sharing recommendations of things to do. definitely going back when I visit next :)

This place is disguting. Over priced and definitely not worth it. You can literally hear people hooking up from the other room as the division in only a fly wood. The place itself is very dusty and smelly, outside of it is literally a slum, and you can't have proper rest due to multiple constructions going on. I saw rat poops in the cabinets, broken lamps, molded and old overused utensils and fornitures. They even use two single beds to make a king size bed.

A beautiful place. Felt right at home. Very clean house and well maintained. All amenities were working well. The view is beautiful and pleasant and if you’re lucky you’ll meet some langoors too. The location is slightly away from the beach and restaurants so a bike is recommended. The caretaker will provide you with the details. Overall enjoyed the cozy stay.

The property matched the photos. Beautiful surroundings... The view from the Balcony was very calming. The caretaker Prashant was extremely helpful and suggested us activities & restuarants nearby. Very pleased with the stay !!!

Really amazing place.

Hey there! I recently had a fantastic stay at a flat in Palolem, Goa, and I just had to share my experience. We were specifically looking for a ground-floor apartment, and this place ticked all the boxes beautifully. The first thing that struck us was how incredibly clean the entire flat was – the rooms and bathrooms were absolutely spotless, which is always a huge plus. Being so close to the beach was another major highlight; it made those spontaneous sunset strolls and quick dips in the ocean so easy. What we really appreciated was the sense of privacy the flat offered. It felt like our own little haven, which was exactly what we were hoping for. And the caretakers? They were absolutely wonderful! Always so attentive and ready to help with anything we needed. Overall, it was a truly delightful stay, and I'd highly recommend this flat to anyone looking for a clean, private, and conveniently located place to stay in Palolem.

It was good experience if I say about particularly stay. And about location so it was too far from my relatives circle which only makes me inconvenient all time to manage. Else everything was good as expected 🙂

I had such a lovely stay at this peaceful and quiet getaway. A big thank you to the host for being so proactive and responsive, especially for helping us book the place last minute, it truly made things seamless for us. The host also helped us with food from a fantastic restaurant, which we really appreciated and the quality was equally great. The caretaker was extremely friendly and helpful, always around to assist with anything we needed. The place itself was cozy, and the beautiful weather just made it all the more perfect.

This is a fabulously well designed, peaceful, green, river-side oasis within a 15-minute walk to the south Palolem beach. All amenities are carefully chosen to create a very design-forward, uncluttered, gracious space. This villa is designed in a very eco friendly, unobtrusive way with natural reed rugs, baskets and a lovely chariot. Do note: It is essential to use a taxi or have a small car/scooter as the beautiful, red stone walled drive is quite narrow. ( A rented Swift was fine with mirrors pulled in). On our first morning Diljit, the marvelous caretaker, brought us three fresh coconuts from the property. My mother asked for an iron and it appeared immediately. Diljit suggested Meena's, a local Goan restaurant within walking distance which is reasonably priced and fabulous. Towards the north of Palolem is Casa Jali, a wonderful place for a sunset drink or breakfast. We cant wait to return! Thank you so very much!!

I booked the stay for my kids who were travelling with few friends. The accommodation was excellent and they felt at home. Great stay.

The ‘Nest’ feels a home away from home. Located less than 5 minutes by foot from the Talpona Jetty/beach, you’ll find yourself in a quiet yet convenient area. The host, Renu, was super attentive to our questions & requirements & attended to everything before we checked in. She took care of our dog’s requirements such that Millie felt right at home. Her recommendations for restaurants were spot on. The house has everything a guest would need & more. Small details like stickers on the switch’s enlighten you. The sit out & garden area was great for Millie & an evening drink. The place is tastefully decorated, simple yet beautiful. The beach was deserted & the soft sand & low waves made it like a dream. It’s the perfect place to check in if you are entering Goa via Karwar. The local drink, ‘Urak’ was specially arranged on request & it’s the first time I’ve had the best Urak ever. Serenity Suite is a cozy home nestled within the rustic interiors of the countryside and is in close proximity to NH66. The suite is extremely well designed exuding elegance despite its simplicity. The general decor and furnishings tastefully complement each other. The french windows naturally illuminate the rooms and give easy access to the porch overlooking a mini garden. The rooms are spacious and well endowed with all necessities namely inverter tv, wifi, ac, washing machine, blender, induction and a continuous and uninterrupted supply of filtered drinking water. The living room has a sofa cum bed allowing you to lounge in fronta the tv at whim. An important factor to consider would be the ample parking space available if you have your own wheels to travel. And last but most definitely not the least would be the approachable, hospitable and welcoming nature of the host, Vikrant. Vikrant is extremely affable and always with a warm smile. All in all an absolutely fantastic stay.

I couldn‘t have imagined a better place to stay in Goa. From the first night on I enjoyed a peaceful sleep & vibey mornings in this fantastic flat. The view over the lush & green surroundings made me romanticize about a how a life near the jungle would look like. The appartment was perfectly clean & beautifully decorated with cool paintings. I definitely recommend Arpits place - it is truly wonderful.

What an amazing stay at Rahul and Mansis place. One of the most beautiful place that I have come across. The place is exactly as shown in the picture. One can spend hours just doing nothing and admiring the beauty of the surroundings. To add to this the super clean poolfacing the river. The host were very helpful and always responsive guiding us about the neighbourhood. The house was spotlessly clean. Loved the balcony. We are definitely coming back.

It is a beautiful property hosted by Priyanka. We loved spending time here. The balcony here is a highlight, which gives an amazing nature view. The wind breeze during day time was also so good that we hardly had to put on AC. Galgibaga and Talpona beach is at walking distance after following the shortcut route. Even though there is no mobile network connectivity, Wi-Fi was good and I could make normal calls by calling through Wi-Fi feature. Host Prakash is very sweet and helped me throughout, even Priyanka was available online whenever needed. indeed a priceless experience in nature. It gave me a pure nature and village feels yet with things accessible around.

The stay was wonderful, loved the property. Flat is very well maintained and clean. Also the location is easily accessible and close to all beaches. Care taker Mitu also did a great job of assisting us during our stay.

Very peaceful and happy place to live in. We really liked and felt like our home. Greenery all around and evening views are awesome. Best place to live at if thought of no noise and peacfull surroundings. Host and Care taker are very responsive and guided with clear instructions and especially caretaker helped in arranging trips.
