Vacation rentals with a patio in Uttara Kannada

We had a great stay in Palolem Plaza! Our host was very responsive, helpful and proactive in her communication. The apartment was nice and we appreciated that it came with a wash machine, two desks with a comfortable office chair and two separate rooms.

The apartment was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The bed was ridiculously comfortable, and the shower was like a spa experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Cozy Cabana! The place was spotless, peaceful, and equipped with all the amenities we needed. The beach was just a short walk away, making the location even more perfect. Maison was an exceptional host—proactive in communication, offering great restaurant recommendations, and incredibly warm and welcoming.

Had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. Looks exactly like how it's in the photos, great location, and really well maintained. Special mention to Prashant the caretaker, who was exceptionally helpful. Props to prerna as well, who responded actively to any queries, questions or confusions that I had. A lovely experience overall. Would love to visit again. 🙂

I am visiting this place for the second time and i think the place is value for money. Location as well is pretty good.

Errol is an amazing host to be with, he is never late with replies and suggested some great local places too! Loved his hospitality during the entire stay! Regarding the property, it was an amazing stay. Location wise, it is situated in the heart of Margao, around 1 km away from the main road and 4-5 km's away from the approach to Panjim. Fuel station, restaurants, cafe's and general grocery stores are all in close vicinity. Absolutely peaceful locality and well connected. Has ample car parking space as well. The house exceeded our expectations, freshly painted, well maintained and clean. It also includes some crockery for basic cooking and washrooms were also well cleaned with geysers in both washrooms. Would highly recommend this property if you're looking for a peaceful stay in Goa!

It was the perfect get away that we had in mind. The view from this stay was absolutely beautiful and the fact that this was situated on the river bank was simply amazing. The property has beautiful lawn area and has compound wall for privacy. Over all we loved the stay. If you are looking to relax in the slow pace of south goa, then this property is for you especially if you are traveling with family. Charchit's Place is a hidden little gem in Agonda. It is next door to a cute little cafe which has a very chilled n cozy vibe. The house was super clean and tidy and very peaceful. I would go as far as saying its the most homely and cool airbnb I have stayed in Goa. Communication with Charchit was great and check in and out super easy. If you are looking for a nice relaxing stay in Agonda on the more quieter end but close enough to restaurants and the beach this is the perfect stay for a couple or if you are travelling solo.

This is a well designed spacious house with lots of greens around. We had a peaceful and pleasant stay and will come back. The house is fully equipped for a longer stay too. The host and the caretaker are super responsive and helpful. Highly recommend staying here if you prefer a quiet, close to the beach, no-frills spot.

Great place to stay in when you are in Madgaon. The owner is super friendly and the whole experience was amazing.

Enjoyed our stay at Denis'. It is a short walk away from the beach, you can view the beach and hear the waves from the porch outside. Deepti was very helpful throughout and was sweet enough to bring us groceries from the market. Fully functional kitchen, wifi, everything was great.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Carmona, South Goa! The location was perfect—close to serene beaches, yet peaceful enough for a relaxing getaway. The place itself was spotless, beautifully designed, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like local recommendations and quick assistance whenever needed. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I truly enjoyed my time in South Goa.

This is a wonderful place to unwind—perfect for nature lovers like us who enjoy bird watching. The location is peaceful, a bit secluded, and ideal for a quiet getaway. We were a large group and booked both the main house and the cottage. The housekeeper was incredibly helpful and made our stay smooth and comfortable. Despite our initial concerns about mosquitoes, we hardly encountered any. Nature is very much a part of the experience here—we occasionally saw frogs and harmless garden snakes near the roof, but they kept to themselves and added to the rustic charm. The neighbors were amazing! When we had an issue with our tire kit, one of them spent the entire afternoon helping us out—we’re truly grateful. Just a couple of things to keep in mind: 1. There aren't many restaurant options nearby. We’d recommend AVOIDING Goan Masala due to hygiene concerns. 2. The last kilometer leading to the house is unpaved, so drive carefully. All in all, a memorable and relaxing stay.

A great place to stay in Palolem! This house was perfect for our family of 5 for our 9-night stay in Palolem. We appreciated the big kitchen with the water filter system, the comfortable living room, the 3 bedrooms, the 2 bathrooms (with a HUGE shower and lots of space), the A/C, and the great location: a bakery and veggie stand within 1 min walk; grocery store (DeLara’s) within 3 min walk; ATM within 15 min walk; Beach is 10 mini away and a beautiful stroll. The home was clean and cared for and the hosts were excellent at responding to questions. When the TV unexpectedly quit, they brought a replacement, and were also quick to come and check the wifi or the power if there were troubles (there were regular power reductions in the area that were no big deal and didn’t last long). The hosts were excellent and helpful, and very friendly. We felt very at home here, and would highly recommend this place. We would love to return, and stay here again for sure. Fantastic spot!

Excellent property. Exactly as described in the site. All amenities like fridge (four-door), dish washer, washing machine and full fledged kitchen. Very calm, serene and privately gated property. A peaceful backyard where you can sit underneath a banyan tea and meditate. You require a vehicle at your disposal. Not close to sea. Very helpful co-host (Aneesha) and care taker (Catauno).

I couldn‘t have imagined a better place to stay in Goa. From the first night on I enjoyed a peaceful sleep & vibey mornings in this fantastic flat. The view over the lush & green surroundings made me romanticize about a how a life near the jungle would look like. The appartment was perfectly clean & beautifully decorated with cool paintings. I definitely recommend Arpits place - it is truly wonderful.

The apartment was super clean, well furnished and at a great location. A nice functional kitchen with necessary condiments .The host, Cheryl, was very friendly and clear with all the instructions for a seamless and hassle free stay. I would highly recommend this stay.

Highly recommended!! All the amenities available were working perfectly fine and feel so much like home. Walkable distance from beach and easy check in with 24hr security. The only negative thing about the place is the pool. It’s not clean and not looked after. Overall, it’s a perfect home!!
