It was a great experience. He is very polite and very helpful. We enjoyed our weekend very much. He is a very good host.

We visited Dandeli in peak of year end and found this property just due to budget constraints. But it turned out to be a good stay. The place was first floor of a house. The family was helpful in getting us meals prepared for the baby. Vinayak was very helpful in getting us reco for birdwatching, eating around, rafting, etc Will surely visit gokarna again as I loved the place. For a longer 5-7 days duration. Whenever I do that I am going to rely on Vinayak to create itinerary for me

I can highly recommend a stay in this great place! The location is beautiful with an amazing view on Talpona river from the balcony. Wfh was never better! The area is calm, a little bit remote within a small, very friendly neighborhood. Although quiet, it is just a few minutes by car or scooter from the Canacona beaches and towns. The house is clean, spacious and offers everything you need for a comfortable short- or long-term stay. The beds are comfortable, kitchen is fully equipped for a family, Wifi works well enough for Zoom calls and there is power back-up. Nilesh is a great and caring host. He was always available, reacted almost instantly to messages and helped with any issue or questions we had. He arranged housekeeping and a Taxi pick-up at the train station for us. All in all we enjoyed the stay at Nilesh's place like a second home and would love to come back.

Perfect location, close to Beach and the Mr.Gopinath was helpful in guiding us and enabling the needful things from town place.

Went there with my family and had an amazing, relaxed weekend! This isn't the first time I have visited, I had stayed at the Casa around 2 years ago as well and have to say that I greatly appreciate all the little upgrades and cute aesthetic changes they've made around the space. The house has almost anything and everything you would need to make you feel like you're at home, even when you're not actually. Unfortunately we couldn't move around outside much because of the heavy rains, but we had the best time lazying around the house and especially made the most of the beautiful patio space outside for most of our time there, playing card games and spending quality family time :) (we were even able to do a delicious little bbq one night with Mavrick and the caretaker's help). We were given great reccos for food around the space - don't miss a SUPERB Goan lunch at Deepiksha on the neighbouring beach. Can't wait to come back and spend more time at this little beach home! :)

Villa is a perfect place to stay for anyone who desires to enjoy the tranquility of South Goa - nothing beats this place. It is classy and clearly sets itself apart from the other places in its vicinity and generally around in Goa. It has a proper pool unlike most villas which offer a namesake pool. It is a bit away from North Goa so if one wishes to party all night at North and come back to the Villa- it may be a bit of a long ride. Helpers at the villa are very accommodative in ensuring all requests are acceded to. Owner was generous in helping us in organising boat rides in Talpona river and was quite reasonable in providing a late checkin.

It was an absolute pleasure staying at Masay Stay Villa! We thoroughly enjoyed our time there, and a big part of that was due to the fantastic team. Vamika was an exceptional coordinator, always responsive and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Raju and his team were truly great caretakers; they were attentive, helpful, and made us feel right at home. The BBQ and food were also highlights of our stay – absolutely delicious and a real treat! We left feeling relaxed and refreshed, and we're already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommend Masay Stay Villa for a wonderful and well-cared-for getaway!

The villa Lua Cheia was beautiful. We had a wonderful stay there with our family. The villa, the pool and the facilities were all excellent. The hosts Karan and Carrie were very welcoming and helpful organising transfer taxis, meals at the villa and also an amazing boat trip on the local river and out to sea where we saw many birds and dolphins. Overall we had a wonderful holiday, thank you so much.

We were so glad and lucky to have found this incredibly beautiful place. It was just the right place to celebrate a reunion of friends, create new memories, relive old ones. The beautiful villa, its wondrous past, its powerful present, everything left us in awe of not just the place but also Karan. His journey is inspirational and his demeanour, endearing. You feel the warmth and love that has gone into preserving this magical place, the moment you are greeted by Karan’s team - Rashmi and Sangeeta. They took very good care of us and we would certainly recommend this place to everyone.

Kumuda was very helpful and responsive. Charlie (property manager) was so warm and welcoming. He helped us out with local recommendations, bike and cab rentals, getting groceries, and that on-the-house Japanese cheesecake was such a sweet gesture! 😊 The property was even better than the photos! Loved the use Azulejos tiles against the rustic grey walls. The living and dining areas turned into cosy unwinding spots in the evening with all the mellow lighting (window seat easily became our favourite spot to relax). Kitchen was well stocked. Our suite overlooked a beautiful balcony that opened to a pool and mango trees. The room and bathroom were comfortable, spacious, minimalistic (loved the glass ceiling in the bathroom). It's walkable distance from Palolem Beach. Lots of eateries along the way too. A special shoutout to Rima who kept the place spotlessly clean. This was the perfect place for us to experience some quiet time and enjoy Goa monsoons. Highly recommend! 💚

Our group of 6 have just returned from a 16 night stay at this Villa and we had the most incredible time! It was in a beautifully peaceful location with easy access to the surrounding places such as Palolem and Patnem. The villa itself is so spacious and relaxing with the most gorgeous garden. During the booking, Rohan was so responsive and helpful, making the experience before we arrived stress free! On arrival, Assis, Rohan’s father, checked us in and gave us so much helpful information for our trip. He was also on the other end of the phone for the entire trip for anything we needed. He kindly organised us local boat trips, which were incredible and recommended places for us to eat and visit! This was enormously helpful and his recommendations were simply wonderful, including Art Resort in Palolem, where we spent most of our holiday! Bahadur, the housekeeper looked after us really well, and kept everything clean and tidy, whilst also cooking breakfast. Thank you so much! 💕

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect Family Getaway at Colomb House! Our 7-night stay at Colomb House was amazing! The house was well-maintained, clean, and had all the facilities we needed, making it perfect for our family – including our 16-month-old daughter. The space was comfortable, safe, and felt like a true home away from home. A huge thank you to our host, Charlie, for being so accommodating and thoughtful. His attention to detail and quick responses made our stay seamless and enjoyable. Colomb House is a fantastic family-friendly spot, and our little one had a wonderful time exploring the space. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back! Highly recommend for families with kids.

Firstly, the stay felt just like home 🏡 , a surreal experience surrounded by nature 🌿. Loved the cozy mini pool 💦, the pet-friendly vibes 🐾, and the warm, friendly people around 😊. The place was super neat and well-maintained too ✨. They’ve got a common kitchen stocked with all the essentials 🍳, which came in really handy, plus there’s private parking 🚗. If you’re ever confused about what to do next or where to head, just reach out to Kumuda (owner) or Charlie (manager) they’re super helpful and always available 🙌. There are some nice nearby restaurants including a vegan café 🥗 and some great local spots 🍛. Patnem Beach is under 5 mins away and Palolem is just about an 8-min drive 🏖️. Overall, had a fantastic time 💯. Definitely planning to visit again soon! 😊

Homely, clean place with lots of thoughtful spots to lounge around in. Close enough to Palolem and Patnem market areas. Well stocked place with all amenities needed for a comfortable stay. They also let us lounge in the common areas after checkout as our flight was delayed, which was very thoughtful

We came at a time when Goa decided to let it rain for 10 hours straight and couldn't have got a better place to continue our office work without much disturbance. The internet and the backup worked great even though I feel a lof of power cuts would have happened. The palolem beach was near by and great restaurants to check. Special shout out to Charlie for being such a kind host with his recommendation and his efforts to make our stay pleasant. Would definitely recommend this

The actual loaction of the place and the location displaying on Airbnb is completly different (around 20km). othere than this there is no issue with the stay. food was good , loacted between nature places was clean they arranged bon fire which was good. took a farm walk in the morning which was beautiful. swimming pool was clean in totally we did enjoy the stay
