This place is what real Goa is all about. Waking up to this view was something else. The house is simple and meet all basic requirements. But the description and photos were pretty clear on that. A quite secluded place. Not much to do around but just enjoy the beach all day everyday. I am definitely going back for a longer stay.

TanV welcomed us into her home with so much warmth and love along with her sweet dog luna. We LOVED being here and would recommend this to everyone looking for a place to stay. We loved sitting out on the terrace, sharing late night chats, cuddling with Luna and eating dinner together. The room itself was so cosy and it all felt like home. But of course privacy was super respected and you can choose how much you interact :). We’d come back here in a heartbeat, and now we have a friend for life❤️ (including a new furry friend for life 🐶) Thank you again 💕😘 we’ll miss you dearly x

Galgibaga Beach is stunning with very soft sand and a lifeguard present all day. The clean beach is a turtle nesting site, where you might spot Olive Ridley turtles in Jan - Feb. Cozy Patrix House lives up to its name—it's comfortable and well-equipped. Mr. Heracles provides all necessary details in a diary. The owners, Mr. Heracles and Mrs. Liza, are friendly and always available. Amenities include a washing machine, gas stove, utensils, refrigerator, TV, ACs, and high-speed fans. They also provide beach mats, hats, frisbee, and an umbrella. The house is clean, well-lit, and has high-speed internet. Essentials like tea, coffee, and detergent are already available. They even provided a baby chair for our toddler. There is a clothes hanging area on the terrace, though caution is needed as it has no walls. Mr. Heracles helped us hire a cook, and the service was excellent. Overall, our experience was lovely, and we highly recommend Cozy Patrix House. We look forward to visiting again!

everything was perfect. stayed here with 3 kids. We received the apartment after painting and cleaning. The house is spacious and comfortable, 2 minutes walking distance to the beach, and communication with Ditesh was excellent. For everything we asked for or needed, we received an immediate response. thanks for everything

Newly built, well maintained, simple and elegant home, with greenery around. Gives a homely feeling! Location is also peaceful and yet accessible for Gokarna sightseeing. Highly recommended and value for money for a family or a small group upto 5 people. Mr. Harish is very humble, responsive and nice host.

Couldn’t be more helpful and the place is amazing! Very sad to leave. This place is a little piece of paradise and couldn’t recommend enough! Thank you for everything

very cozy place and awesome host

We stayed at this place for one day with our two dogs and had a wonderful experience. The host, Mr. Shivaji is an animal lover and treated our dogs very well. He was easy to communicate with and always present when we needed him. The room was basic but had all the amenities we needed for one night. Super neat and clean. The surroundings were serene. We had delicious evening snack, dinner and the following day's breakfast prepared by the host's family. There are no delivery restaurants available nearby but it didn't bother us at all because the host didn't let us go hungry at all. All in all, value for money experience.

The property is just as described. It was perfect for us and our kids. Nitin is very emphathic and proactive. It felt like home away from home and those with toddlers and infants will understand how important that is when travelling. Looking forward to another visit soon.

A camera image cannot describe fully the serenity and beauty of this villa. From the location (bang on NH66 ) to the amenities (there was a football and a large garden at the villa), the house is perfect for a large (or small) group of family & friends looking for a well maintained, clean & quaint villa with 4 - 5 bedrooms (with a patio outside the room) & a large pool. The pool is around 5 ft deep at its shallowest end, but lifebuoys are available and with a little watching over & some floaties, it was perfect for our kids. Good, hygienic & tasty food is available from restaurants around the villa. The staff Freddie & his wife Petorina, helped out with little things when requested and made it an un-forgettable and enjoyable stay. Looking forward to returning soon Mr. Atul & thank you for all your help. P.S. While a clean & long beach is within walking distance (5 mins), if you are looking to explore Galgibag or beaches/places further North, then having your own transport is a must.

Great value and a great host!

Our group of 6 have just returned from a 16 night stay at this Villa and we had the most incredible time! It was in a beautifully peaceful location with easy access to the surrounding places such as Palolem and Patnem. The villa itself is so spacious and relaxing with the most gorgeous garden. During the booking, Rohan was so responsive and helpful, making the experience before we arrived stress free! On arrival, Assis, Rohan’s father, checked us in and gave us so much helpful information for our trip. He was also on the other end of the phone for the entire trip for anything we needed. He kindly organised us local boat trips, which were incredible and recommended places for us to eat and visit! This was enormously helpful and his recommendations were simply wonderful, including Art Resort in Palolem, where we spent most of our holiday! Bahadur, the housekeeper looked after us really well, and kept everything clean and tidy, whilst also cooking breakfast. Thank you so much! 💕

the place is great but seemed over priced for 3 days. The house is nice but needs an AC in common areas. the fridge needed to be cleaned. we stayed for 2 nights and the break fast for the second days wasn't enough. the supplies weren't replenished.

place is beautiful and nicely crafted.. feels like home. Host is very polite, helpful and proactive. very softspoken and considerate place is scenic surrounded by lush green plants, you wake up with chirping of birds. place also has a swimming pool with clean water regarding food, Riyaz takes very good care of guests. food quality and test is is good overall the place is gr8 and host is outstanding makes this place a must visit

This place is disguting. Over priced and definitely not worth it. You can literally hear people hooking up from the other room as the division in only a fly wood. The place itself is very dusty and smelly, outside of it is literally a slum, and you can't have proper rest due to multiple constructions going on. I saw rat poops in the cabinets, broken lamps, molded and old overused utensils and fornitures. They even use two single beds to make a king size bed.

I had a wonderful stay, The place was exactly as described clean, comfortable and in great location. The host was very responsive and made check in super easy. Would definitely stay here again.

I had the best experience of South Goa during my stay here! The room was beautifully designed and aesthetically pleasing, creating a cozy and relaxing vibe. It’s just a 15-minute walk to the stunning Palolem Beach, which made it super convenient. The house was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, and the owner was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my stay. I loved it so much that I ended up extending my trip. Would definitely revisit—highly recommended!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this Farmhouse. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the peaceful surroundings, rustic garden and privacy of the house. Surrounded by various types of trees and plants was a great green experience. The rooms were spacious and clean. Had all necessary appliances, well designed layout and one can see attention to detail in even the small things. The location is ideal—just a short distance from the beach and many restaurants. The host was available on phone when we needed, had given us clear instructions to reach and great suggestions to explore. Overall it was a week well spent. Highly recommended if planning a stay near Palolem beach.

Everything about this place was just PERFECT..!! Location is damn beautiful, a bit hard to find but caretaker or host helped me, i dont remember exactly who I called LOL.. Everything was there that you need and every amenity works perfectly.. There was a con though as the food that is kept over there such as nutella, tea leaves, salt and other things are mostly expired so they would need to get rid of that, if those things weren't there it would be fine but expired products can be a health hazard for people who dont check dates on products provided by airbnb hosts.. other than that it was an ideal stay.. would def visit again
