Absolutely amazing stay! The host was incredibly friendly and responded quickly to any questions, making the experience seamless. The environment was welcoming and comfortable, and the location was easy to find, making travel hassle-free. The space was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a perfect stay. Every penny was worth it! Highly recommend and would definitely stay again

I stayed at Manoj and Santoshi's place for a night on my recent visit to Karwar. The place is tastefully done with enough space for two people in the bedroom, a fully functional kitchen and a living room. The kitchen had everything you would need - pans, cooking oils, tawa, pressure cooker etc. The space was very clean. You could lay down and relax on the hammock surrounded by coconut trees. My son loved watching the bathing buffaloes in the pond on the backside of the property. Now, the highlight of my stay was my interaction with Manoj's father, Mr Premanand. He was so kind and checked with us multiple times to see if we were ok or needed anything. He would personally help us carry our heavy luggage to the room and back. He stood with us in the sun to get us an auto rickshaw. Uncle cooked us some delicious meals. The fish thali was better than anything I've eaten in Karnataka . Absolutely loved my stay. If your are in Karwar please go and stay here.

We spent a wonderful month in this lovely Riverside property in Talpona . Dharman was a great host, he gave us clear instructions on how to find the property and was there to greet us on arrival and show us around. He lives close by and organised a Scooter rental for us and was available if needed. We had a wonderful meal with Dharman and his family. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. Great bathroom and kitchen, lovely bedroom and very comfortable bed. There is Smart TV with Netflix etc. The Verandah is the real plus, looking out onto the river with comfortable sofas, table and chairs and great lighting. We loved our evenings looking out over a few drinks and a meal. Talpona is a great location, lovely peaceful village with a few local shops for necessities, a handful of bars/restaurants and a great beach. We must mention Ravi who's boat is moored by the house. We did a great river boat trip with him. We love this house and location and will return, highly recommend.

The words here to describe are too short to describe the beauty of place and serenity of location, Rahul (caretaker) is very helpful. Photos are not justifying the actual beauty of home, beautifully placed furniture. Bathroom is matching with the property, but will degrade only 1/2 mark. Kindly repair the burner of gas. You have all the basic amenities required to execute your daily doing. We are lucky enough to witness Talpona river on full moon night. My kids feeded the fish and crab, they enjoyed the lot. You order the drinks if you like, it will reach you in 10 minutes. You will enjoy very good food in Blue moon restaurant. All are good.

The description cannot give the true beauty and atmosphere of the property. It was a true home for our big family of 20! The caretaker was a big and reliable help in all our needs. He helped us find best products to prepare amazing food, fresh vegetables, fruit, even the local fish market with the tastiest fish and shrimps we have ever had. Preparing food in this spacious well-equipped kitchen and eating on the terrace was just marvellous. Lots of big and small terraces with tables and sofas to talk, read, play games, rest. Good wi-fi. The amazing swimming pool with water in perfect temperature! The fabulous garden with lush greenery and flowers, magically illuminated at night. A lot of small spaces beautifully arranged, even in a big group you can find space for yourself. We just had a wonderful time, full of laughter, rest, relax, very good food and even dance with live music. We are already willing to come back. Thank you very much!

I belong to Kumta the place where the property is. I stay always in Hotels and I was surprised to see a Airbnb listing in my town. Right from the point of booking Aftab was always friendly quick in communication and this was the always there around checkin and till checkout time. beautiful 1BHK home tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the town. The last km is not paved road and complete offroad but well levelled. During heavy rains it may be a challenge here. If you are driving here even in a low sedan also you can reach comfortably. large compound with the vibes of the coast. nearest kumta Beach is 3 kms away. house was beautifully maintained by Aftab. clean kitchen and bathrooms. kitchen has a stove a refrigerator with drinking water and even some basic things required for cooking. with plates/vessels. But we generally carry our own stuff. Backed up with good inverter. If you are looking for a peaceful stay away from city take it up. Aftab went out of the way to help me.
