Waterfront vacation rentals in Uttara Kannada

THE BEST ! This was by far one of the best places that I have stayed in Goa, especially South Goa. The location is absolutely stunning, the views are like no other views. We enjoyed our tea from the private balcony which touches the river looking at the never ending views of Talpona river surrounded by greenery all around. The house itself is VERY neat and clean, very spacious rooms, clean bed lines. The hosts Rahul and Mansi are very proactive, helped us with local recommendations and transportation. We can’t wait to visit again, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We had an amazing stay at Mansi and Rahul's place, perfectly situated on the banks of the Talpona River. The beautiful views were complemented by the cool river breeze and lush greenery, keeping the heat at bay even in April. The ambiance was serene and peaceful, ideal for a relaxed family getaway. Mansi and Rahul were extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We highly recommend their property for those seeking a peaceful and private retreat.

We had a fantastic stay at Ayushi's place! The apartment was exactly as described and even more charming in person. It was spotlessly clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook some meals, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. The location was perfect for us. Ayushi was a wonderful host – very responsive and helpful with recommendations for local restaurants and activities. We would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting South Goa and hope to stay here again ourselves in the future.

Had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb. Looks exactly like how it's in the photos, great location, and really well maintained. Special mention to Prashant the caretaker, who was exceptionally helpful. Props to prerna as well, who responded actively to any queries, questions or confusions that I had. A lovely experience overall. Would love to visit again. 🙂

The view of Talpone river from the kitchen/balcony was stunning! The staff was incredibly attentive and took good care of our family. Thank you! The beds were comfortable and they provided clean bed sheets and towels. The outside kitchen was great to cook basic food, the fridge/freezer and the fresh water filter was a big advantage and they even put milk/coffe/eggs and bread in the fridge for us wich was a very warm welcoming. This area is a bit remote so you probably need scooters to go around/shopping/eating. Really nice location to get away from the crowd not far from beautiful and more quiet beaches. It would've been nice if the outside sitting area in the balcony was more comfortable to sit as the chairs/table was a bit overused. We had a few small requests and Axel and his staff were always happy to help. Thank you for a really nice vacation. We highly recommend!

Not a Luxurious , but friendly, scenic and homely stay. Food from neighborhood was good. Rohan was very helpful

Lovely private property, centrally located and not to far from tourist hot spots. well appointed studio apartment with all the necessary amenities. fantastic mobile network and high speed internet on site. If your looking for peace and quiet, blindly go ahead and book it. Safaz is a fantastic host.
