Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Urla

We enjoyed our stay very much. Polyxeni was very friendly and supportive. We could even bring our cats. It's a great place to stay, nearby the beach (5 min by foot) and the town is also not far. We will come back.

Mr. Metin always gave us quick responses, and the house was really clean from the bedroom to the living room, the house was bigger than the photos and the beautiful location is also bigger than the photos, so if we visit Izmir again, we will safely and comfortably prefer Mr. Metin. I had doubts because it was really a house about hygiene, but it was a really clean and spacious house more than I expected. Someone who does their job with care is obvious. The house is very close to everywhere, it is very easy to get there, the metro is 5 minutes by walking from the house, and the hospital is very close to the house, 15-20 minutes by walking, so if there is any problem you will have, it is definitely not in a deserted place personally, but in the same way, safe neighbors, you feel safe when you come home late at night, I will say that you should definitely choose this place ☺️

First of all, the location is very nice.. Everything was within reach and within walking distance Since I loved the Ilica sea of Çeşme, it was the right choice for me I didn't encounter any issues before and after booking. The host was caring and attentive. Thank you

A great choice for Chios Town! The location is in the heart of the city, the apartment is like in the photos, spacious and lacking nothing for a comfortable stay. The space was clean, thoughtful, and communication with Georgia was immediate. We'll go with it again !

Centrally located, close to restaurants and bars. Since it is on the street, sometimes there is a vehicle noise at night, and if you are a light sleeper, you may be disturbed. There was no problem for us. A very adequate apartment for short-term stays. Balcony view. 100/100

Niko's place is gorgeous. 15 minutes from the port, beautiful road. She greeted us when we went and helped us with the luggage. You can feel the warmth as soon as you enter the room. The house was very clean and the sheets smelled good. It was newly renovated, everything was very useful. Niko had left spare towels and sheets for us. We felt like home. Twenty steps to the sea by walking and the balcony view is amazing. The biggest plus is having private parking. It was helpful with my car rental. I wish I could give this place endless stars. Thank you so much for everything Niko See you again 🤍 soon. We will miss you.

I came for the holiday and stayed close to 1 week. It was a great experience , I felt like home. The house was very well prepared for long-term stays with a simple and stylish design, as seen in the visuals, the bathroom and kitchen layout were very good and clean. It is one of the places where you can easily stay as a family. I would also like to thank Mr. Ngin, both before and after the stay, he is a tolerant and a person with a high level of communication. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful stay.

Our stay at Kyriakos’ place was a great choice for our family of two. The place is more than enough for 2 people and it is walkable almost in minutes to Chios city centre. Kyriakos was always responsive and he even helped us to check in early even it was a last minute communication from our side. The building is one of the mostly renowed one in the neighborhood, I believe. The place has most of the amenities that you could need during your stay. Efharisto Kyriakos for your lovely hosting!

We stayed with pleasure and peace of mind. Mr. Nurullah quickly turned around and came up with a solution when we needed it. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The surroundings are beautiful in nature, a pleasant house where you can take walks and watch the sunset and we love the ☺️ decoration that they are pet-friendly is a big plus, thank you very much for everything, we would love to stay again ☺️

The only problem is that we couldn't turn on the air conditioning inside, we didn't want to disturb the host because it was late, honestly , the house is beautiful , the pool is nice , the hosts are beautiful people, just don't forget to ask about the air conditioning when entering 😅🫶🏼

An oasis in a bustling and noisy city.The house is quaint and the furnishings are elegant and stylish.Especially the corridor is very impressive, high roofs and chandeliers, antique furniture and mirrors like an old aristocratic residence.I especially like the kitchen, spacious, with all kinds of utensils, cups and plates.Stone walls.A few hundred meters away is the seaside promenade.Transportation is also convenient.

An absolute dream, from the bed to the beach maximum 4 meters! Super nice quiet and a beautiful outdoor area. Stratos was super friendly and helped us with everything. It is a beautiful, secluded and therefore nice quiet spot on earth, wonderful to relax. Falling asleep to the sound of the sea in the evening was wonderful! We will be happy to come back again!!

Mr. Tayfun is very friendly. The apartment is 5 minutes by car from the Ilıca beach. BIM, A101 and ŞOK markets are very close to the house. Perfectly useful apartment for families with children. There are no items in the house. There are plenty of spices, kitchen utensils, kowels, etc. The kitchen is much nicer than in the photo. There are new zero furniture and built-in furniture. The kitchen was great. We watched TV and free Netflix. We felt at home. You can rent it without hesitation.

Ramazan it a great and very responsive host his house was beautiful with a great surrounding clean instructions were given by him for check in and free parking is available nearby if you are renting car you can easily find parking near his house definitely I recommend his place to everyone and I gonna book his place for sure next time as well

This is our second year staying here and we love it. Perfect for peace and quiet and right next to the sea. The accommodation has everything we need and the hosts Rena and Nikos are very friendly and helpful. The beach bar is five minutes walk if you want sun loungers and drinks and snacks, and Komi is 20 mins walk for restaurants, bars and a more vibrant beach. Would definitely recommend if you want a peaceful place to stay.

Stelios is a very nice host. The garden of the house is very peaceful. Very clean, tidy and everything in a house. It's quiet, calm and peaceful. You can walk to the city center. Parking is not a problem if you go by car Stelios was very helpful and guiding. I would like to thank him again. I would highly recommend to anyone considering staying.

I had a wonderful stay at Hootan’s place. He is a genuine and kind host who went out of his way to make me feel welcome. Despite my delayed arrival, he kindly waited for me, even postponing his work, and helped carry my luggage. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos, and I found it to be a great value for the price. The two cats were absolutely adorable and very quiet. One of the highlights of my stay was when Hootan, who usually doesn’t work on Sundays, prepared a delicious homemade Indian-style dinner for me—it was truly a special experience. During my six-day stay, I explored Izmir as well as Ephesus, Smyrna, Pergamon, and Thyatira. Everything was safe and comfortable, and I was completely satisfied with my stay. I highly recommend Hootan’s place to anyone visiting Izmir!
