Fabulous location and well equipped unit.

First of all, the location is very nice.. Everything was within reach and within walking distance Since I loved the Ilica sea of Çeşme, it was the right choice for me I didn't encounter any issues before and after booking. The host was caring and attentive. Thank you

the house is a little far from the center due to its location, but if you have a car, it is not a problem and it will meet your needs if you are looking for a quiet,calm place. For families with children, the garden is spacious, the landscaping is very beautifully designed. In addition, there is a barbecue and kitchen area in the garden where you can barbecue. The interior of the house is clean and tastefully furnished, it feels like your own home, the balcony is big but gets a lot of sun in the morning, it is very enjoyable to sit in the afternoon and evenings. Overall, we were satisfied, there is no wi-fi yet, there is no TV, the laundry can be washed in the common area.

The apartment has everything you might need, it is very convenient and makes you feel at home. The location is perfect: 200 m from walking street with restaurants and not far from the Quay. Günyol was a perfect host, friendly and helpful. If you want to live in the centre of vibrant Turkish life - this place is definitely for you.

We had a peaceful holiday, the host took care of all our problems, the sea was great, it was like an aquarium, we woke up in the morning with just birds chirping The only problem was the bathroom, rusty water was coming from somewhere, but we didn't mind because it covered the view and calmness, we would like to visit 🤗 again ☺️

We had a 2-day stay. The nature of the house, the garden, the presence of rabbits in the garden, and the opportunity to have a barbecue were very good. When you get here, you get enough of green and nature. The hosts, Mr. Mert and his wife, Ms. Dilara, are really kind and sweet people from the first minute. They gave us good suggestions about the places we will visit in the surrounding area, we were satisfied with all of them. The interior design of the house is very well designed, when you wake up, you wake up to the view, there are all kinds of materials in the house to meet your needs. It was a place where we would definitely recommend it to those who are thinking about it and come back☺️

We came with my family, it is close to the center and the transportation was very convenient. Quiet place with a great view. We got away from the stress and crowds of life. The barbecue by the pool was very nice, we enjoyed the clean pool to the fullest. It was very nice to have a bathroom in each room and the cleanliness of the house. Modern and clean apartment with a great view. There’s a Carrefour very close by for groceries, and we frequently walked to the marina. I recommend walking up the nearby hill for panoramic views of the area.
