WOW. Great vacation villa, it has everything for a perfect vacation in Cesme. One of the few villas here that are furnished and built to European standards. All furniture is of very high quality. My absolute highlight: The kitchen with the Jura coffee machine and the coffee from "kahvedünyasi"😍 The living room is comfortably furnished and equipped with a large TV. The pool is large and clean and the terrace offers plenty of space. The beds are very cozy. Surroundings are quiet and local, which I really a lot. Everything is within walking distance and Alacati is minutes away.

Our vacation was very nice, the house is very clean, useful and has a great architecture. It is in a location where you can easily walk around and spend time. The host was very caring and very optimistic . Thank you, Mr. Dolphin. Highly recommend .

A very high quality, modern and beautiful space. Hosts are very friendly, accommodating, and very helpful people. It's also a great value on the price, according to their counterparts. We will definitely be back. You can choose with peace of mind and I would recommend.

We came with my family, it is close to the center and the transportation was very convenient. Quiet place with a great view. We got away from the stress and crowds of life. The barbecue by the pool was very nice, we enjoyed the clean pool to the fullest. It was very nice to have a bathroom in each room and the cleanliness of the house. The compound where the house is located is perfect. Especially the balcony view overlooks the site pool and landscaping. I would also like to thank Mr. Engin for his interest and quick responses. I will definitely choose this location again during my visit to Alaçatı.

It was calm because we didn't go in the season, we had a nice 2 days, the kitchen supplies were a little inadequate, and the floors were a little cold because we went in the winter, but they tried to help in every way, we had no problems other than that, thank you for everything 🙏🤍

My wife and I had a lot of fun staying in our 2 days. Everything in the house was thought out and spotless. Mr. Ali Ozan was a very caring host. It was a home we would want to stay in again and again. It has a very suitable environment, especially for those who are considering remote work. We communicated very quickly with Mr. Mustafa and other friends. I found a positive answer to every question. I searched for flaws in the house, but I could not find the slightest defect. I enjoyed my barbecue in the garden, I rested with pleasure and tuum tiredness for 3 days. If I ever come back, I don't need to look for another place for the url. It was my only address

Lovely house! Spotless with a gorgeous outdoor area. We felt very much at home. You will need a car in this area to discover so much more of Cesme. So many great local restaurants you can walk to or the host can recommend others not far away.

First, we easily reached the house from the Izmir airport thanks to the GPS directions Said provided. Very warm welcome from Said and his wife in person. They showed us every detail of the very well equipped house and left a detailed book for the use of all appliances. We really enjoyed the place, its location, the backyard terrace, the clothes dryer and the ceiling fans. A car is recommanded to enjoy the different beaches as well as the beautiful surroundings of Çesme and Alaçati. Said was always available for us. It was a real pleasure to stay in his house. Un grand merci à vous deux!!

The view of the house is really nice, since there were no guests next door, we were able to use the garden as a private area for us. It was difficult for us to swim in the sea from the garden, but even watching the view from there is a great thing... The house is very close to the center and there is no parking problem. Since we didn't cook, I can't inform about the kitchen shortcomings, but it seemed ideal for two people. Despoina was caring and friendly and answered every question we had. It was also a very polite move to allow flexibility at checkout time. I'll stay at the same place if I go again

the house was in a very calm neighborhood, there is a monopoly within walking distance, it takes a long time to get to the center of Alaçatı on foot, but if you have a car, the transportation is convenient, the hosts were very sweet and interested, we did not feel any discomfort, thank you.

Everything was perfect!

Our host, Ms. Günay, was very kind, caring and friendly. We stayed in the comfort of our own home. We did not have a problem with the house. It is a calm and peaceful location almost at the zero point of the sea. When it rained a lot on the last day, our host said that we could leave later so that we would not be victimized. We would also like to thank you for this tolerance

Ms. Zarife met us at check-in and was very helpful, providing local recommendations. We had a small issue online, they produced countless alternatives and resolved the issue right away, and they followed up regularly. The house was immaculate and delicious. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. None of our messages went unanswered. The location is extremely central, you are within walking distance of everything. If you don't want to go out, you can also relax directly on the balcony or terrace of the house. If we come back to Urla, we would like to stay here again.
