The most important feature of our house is its location. It is designed in a way that you can watch the centuries-old forests, mountains, storm valley and stream from where you sit and lie down. The sound of the river flowing on both sides of the house and the waterfall from which the rivers are formed will accompany you at all times.

Well, there's one thing you definitely want to have in my house. ~ THE POOL IS NOT HEATED ~ ~ 3.5 km (10 min) from the highway exit, 1.5 km (5 min) from the center. ~ Underfloor heating in my house. All kitchen equipment and tea, coffee, sugar, salt, oil, charcoal, firewood, etc. are provided to you. The closest bungalow to my house is 50m away (not from the bottom houses)

South and west windows are from the bottom up to the top of the house. The Kekova area is silent and natural. The Lycian Way (trekking way) is passing in front of the farm. You can make trekking to swim in the isolated bays of Kekova. Demre is 16km, Üçağız is 8km,Kaş is 45 km far away.

It has beautiful sunrise lights in the morning and it takes 2-3 min. to the house from centre by walking. It has a beautiful balcony with great seaview. There is natural gas, so warm at winter. I have a cat at home, Luna, so friendly. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking with 2 windows and also seaview. 🐿

The studio-style apartment has 1 double bed. It is approximately 40 square meters including its porch. It has a shower, a toilet and a kitchen. It has an amazing view and its own garden. Due to its wooden structure, it can be hot during the day, especially in July and August; however, at nights, it is the coolest place we have. There is a shared pool.
