The most important feature of our house is its location. It is designed in a way that you can watch the centuries-old forests, mountains, storm valley and stream from where you sit and lie down. The sound of the river flowing on both sides of the house and the waterfall from which the rivers are formed will accompany you at all times.

Detached house with garden can be preferred for renting (our house has a stove) and accommodates up to 7-8 people😇 A natural wonder surrounded by pine forests, 3 km from the city center near the Bulak Mencilis Cave. Located on a detached land in the Avdan neighborhood, 8 km from Ağvaya, in an area where the nature view can be seen panoramically from every room. There is a 40 m2 covered camellia, a 25 m2 open camellia, and there is a fireplace barbecue and fire pit in the camellias. There is a French fireplace in the living room of the house. 2 double beds, 2 single beds and two people can stay very comfortably on the L-shaped sofa in the living room. Our pool is ecological. Well, there's one thing you definitely want to have in my house. ~ THE POOL IS NOT HEATED ~ ~ 3.5 km (10 min) from the highway exit, 1.5 km (5 min) from the center. ~ Underfloor heating in my house. All kitchen equipment and tea, coffee, sugar, salt, oil, charcoal, firewood, etc. are provided to you. The closest bungalow to my house is 50m away (not from the bottom houses)

Şiir Ev (Poeme House) is one the 3 house on the farm. The house constructed in the top of the hill facing Kekova, sunrise and fullmoon. 40 m2 saloon with full equipment kitchen and 20 m2 entresol with Kekova view. South and west windows are from the bottom up to the top of the house. The Kekova area is silent and natural. The Lycian Way (trekking way) is passing in front of the farm. You can make trekking to swim in the isolated bays of Kekova. Demre is 16km, Üçağız is 8km,Kaş is 45 km far away.

It has beautiful sunrise lights in the morning and it takes 2-3 min. to the house from centre by walking. It has a beautiful balcony with great seaview. There is natural gas, so warm at winter. I have a cat at home, Luna, so friendly. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking with 2 windows and also seaview. 🐿
