Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Upper Normandy

A beautiful house, in the middle of a large, quiet and well-enclosed garden (perfect for children). A very spacious annex with many games for children and adults! Billiards, darts and pinball. The large common areas allowed us to spend 2 great days with friends. The 5 bedrooms are great, and there are enough bathrooms and toilets to live well together! The annex to spend the evening between adults is at a good distance so as not to wake the children by putting on the music (great speaker on site by the way) but while remaining within reach of the baby monitor! Great on all levels.

Elizabeth's place is great. very well looked after and equipped for a long stay. my family and I had a great time in Elizabeth's place. the park around the house is amazing! lot's to do in the bay of Somme, my kids really enjoyed the time there. I recommend this place to anyone visiting north of France and specially to families with kids.

We had a great time at Giovanni's place. The house is spacious, matches the photos (we even found the house better than in the photos) and very well-equipped (complete kitchen equipment as well as various board games, books and outdoor equipment). For us, the environment was ideal because it was quiet and not overlooked. Communication with Giovanni was perfect: quick response to messages and advice on things to do there. We would recommend it without hesitation

Very pleasant holiday home, totally renovated. All amenities are available. To your location, this is a very nice starting point for excursions. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to questions.

The townhouse is very well arranged on 2 floors. The house is modern and has everything you need. There were 4 of us and there was plenty of space. The place is very quiet with a very nice garden area. Bertrand is very friendly and available. We are already looking forward to coming back! Fabrice

On vacation with my 11-year-old daughter, I had a great time. Peace, nature and tranquility, exactly what we were looking for. 15 minutes by car is enough to find everything and have access to the beautiful beaches of the Somme. The accommodation is nice and functional. It's a charming little house and Julie is very responsive and pleasant. Everything is in place for a relaxing stay in the quiet countryside.

What a lovely home from home for our week in France! We brought two ten year old girls who loved playing in the large garden and bouncing on the trampoline (while we enjoyed shooting hoops!), and we all loved saying hello to the various animals and Plume the dog. The apartment was lovely, warm and welcoming and the kitchen very well equipped. It really was a lovely space to spend time in, and if the weather had been warmer we would have been sitting out on the terrace too! The owners, Jean-François and Martine were always so friendly, warm and helpful, and we really appreciated the delicious home made jam and eggs! Lidl is a short drive away for everyday essentials, as is the train station for easy trips to both Paris and Rouen. We didn't use the bikes unfortunately due to my hip injury, but enjoyed exploring the area and I can definitely recommend Biotropica for a great day out for all ages! Thanks for a wonderful visit

We stayed At Marine's apartment for the Olympics, and it proved to be so much better than staying in a hotel. It was great to come back from an event and being in an apartment together (we were three) rather than staying in individual hotel rooms. It is a very convenient location; the metro and RER stations are a five - ten minute walk; a small supermarket is twenty metres down the street, loads of cafes and restaurants. Also it felt like a proper Parisian expereince staying in a Haussmann building. Overall excellent expereince.

Great place in a secure building in a nice & quiet area. Full kitchen & blockout blinds were appreciated. Highly recommended Chi's place if you have little kids. Our kids were kept so busy with all the toys available & it was their favorite place we stayed during our Europe adventure. There's a nice bakery within walking distance. For dinner I recommend Mama Kitchen which is only a 10 minute walk away. Kid friendly, too! We walked to the nearby station each morning to catch a train into central Paris. Overall a nice, comfortable stay.

Very well located accommodation for visits to Versailles for example. A 10-minute walk from the train station, 5 minutes from shops and a stone's throw from a good restaurant. Very nice and discreet hosts.

Very nice cozy accommodation, with its very nice small garden. Very good location for exploring the area, even on foot. Kids friendly with games and beach toys available! Everything went smoothly with our hosts.

Very cozy, it feels like home. Extremely clean, absolutely nothing to say about cleanliness. The decor is perfect and Olivier is the best. Very welcoming, he made himself very available and had great tips on the surroundings (which are very quiet and relaxing) and possible activities. I highly recommend it!!

We had a great time at Laurence's apartment. A big thank you to Anaïs, who greeted us with a smile, was available, flexible and very good advice – especially for the noon restaurant as soon as we arrived. The apartment is conveniently located, with a magnificent view to the sound of seagulls, a real little piece of paradise. We now know where to put our bags down the next time we come back to the area!

Pleasant stay, very exotic with lake views and activities in the surrounding area. Serge is a very pleasant and responsive host. We recommend eyes a second thought!

Very well located apartment to enjoy the beach which is 5 minutes away. Frédéric was welcoming and flexible for departure and arrival times. The apartment is nice. We'll be back with pleasure if we have a chance.

Ideally located accommodation, Marie and Valerie's responsiveness are great. Marie's tips for outings and restaurants are a safe bet. very well-equipped and maintained accommodation. the proximity to the beach and private parking as well as the washing machine are a real ++++ Very good stay. we will not fail to return to Marie's for our stays in Cabourg
