Beautiful apartment with fireplace on the beach

The apartment is located on the 1st floor of Villa Mariposa on the beach. A private parking space will be at your disposal in the private courtyard of the Villa as well as a beach cabin. The apartment consists of a living room with 2 windows overlooking the sea. This room is furnished with a fireplace in perfect working order, two linen benches from the Flamant brand, and a convertible sofa (excellent sleeping quality and easy opening). The Dining Room is furnished with a nice round table of the Flamant brand, with 6 armchairs, and has 2 windows with sea view, and is furnished with a convertible sofa. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, glass plates, oven, fridge and freezer, nespresso coffee maker (capsules provided). The room is furnished with a custom bed of 155 x 200 cm, led reading lights, and a TV screen on the wall. This room is furnished in a cocooning spirit. It has two windows with sea view. A nice marble bathroom, separate toilet, closets. Exceptional sea view. Unlimited high-speed WiFi, TV and vod access player. Connected radiators to allow you to adjust the temperature of the accommodation (smartphone application) before your arrival. My maid lives a few steps from the apartment A few meters from the sea, but also a stone's throw from the shops of the rue des bains, the fish market and excellent restaurants, this apartment enjoys an exceptional and popular location. an absolute favorite! I often travel with my dog, I have stayed in Airbnbs but this one is at the top of the list. Not only for the setting, the location, the calm, the accommodation, which is already remarkable. But beyond that, everything has been thought out in detail, the host is welcoming and responsive. Available, the essentials, coffee, salt, pepper, shower gel. We even have essential oils for the sauna if you want. Sauna and Nordic bath nicely prepared by the host in addition before our return to the accommodation. The garden is enclosed, for animals it is ideal. I've never seen an Airbnb as good as this one, thank you for the comfort and good times.

We were warmly welcomed by Alice and the dogs. After a short (but sufficient) tour with some useful instructions, we could soon enjoy the weather and the surroundings on their beautiful piece of land. Our children could play nicely with Alice and Paul's children so that was definitely a bonus. We definitely recommend a stay here.

We had an exceptional stay at Amaury's with 13 people, with friends. The house is beautiful, spacious and perfectly suited to accommodate a large group. Everyone was able to fully enjoy the many activities offered: swimming pool, tennis court, badminton, foosball, ping-pong... There was something for everyone! The interior is warm, very well-equipped, with comfortable bedding, a large friendly kitchen and a superb sitting area. Great place with great hospitality. Please note, the apartment is upstairs with a protective barrier for little ones who walk but which can easily be opened by a small child. The balcony is not very safe for little ones who walk but the rest is superb especially THIS VIEW OF THE SEINE 😍

Francois made us feel at home straight away, his English was good although we like to communicate in French. He showed us his lovely home which was more like a lived in home than a Airbnb. Which made it much more homely. There were some lovely touches like goodies on the table for us. There was plenty of outdoor space although the weather was rather chilly. Francois provided good bikes which were in the barn next door along with a ping pong table and barbecue. There was a local village 2.5 K away with a fabulous Boulangerie, and the town of Verneuil sur Avre nearby which was stunning!

The place is absolutely beautiful: a spacious, pleasant house in an idyllic setting. Swimming pool, barbecue area, children's games and very well maintained park. There were 8 of us, and each found their place. There is absolutely nothing missing in the house, including for a baby. Cyril is welcoming, friendly and gives lots of tips for walks and information about surrounding activities. The countryside is very beautiful and the nearby towns are magnificent: Honfleur, Etretat in particular. We will definitely come back because everyone was delighted. We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful and peaceful countryside of Normandy. The Gite was perfect for us and our 19 month old son and we really appreciated the cot, high chair and stair gates provided. We were extremely lucky with the weather so enjoyed the amazing pool and played many games of Pétanque. Highly recommend and we would love to return.
