Relax in this quiet and elegant cottage with views of the stables, horses and valley, beautiful in every season. The cottage is well insulated and stays cool during heat waves, It is rated 3 stars, with no occupancy tax. Le Haras des Souches is not an equestrian center. The entrance is separate from the Normandy farmhouse that I have just restored. Located on 4 hectares (9.9 acres) on the edge of the forest. 3 km from Pavilly, on the Rouen - Dieppe, Amiens - Le Havre route. The Parking is private, closed by a gate.

The Melmont House

Large house in the Normandy countryside, very quiet, on the edge of the Seine loops, 20 minutes from Rouen (historic districts) and 45 minutes from the sea (Veules-les-Roses, Dieppe, Etretat). In the middle of the fields, surrounded by animals (sheep, donkeys, chickens). The house consists of a large living room with fireplace, a large dining room (12 people) and an equipped kitchen. Outside, free access to the large garden, terrace (barbecue, garden furniture) and vegetable garden.
