Villa vacation rentals in Upper Normandy

We had an exceptional stay in this cottage, which is undoubtedly one of the best rentals we have ever known. And yet, we have done a lot over the years, in all seasons. This cottage is actually a second home, and you can tell right away: the owners leave their personal belongings there, which shows how much they trust the tenants. This creates a unique atmosphere — you immediately feel at home. Everything is perfectly maintained. We wonder how many hours are spent on cleaning. The beds are very comfortable, and the living spaces are spacious and bright. The pool is a real plus, especially for the children, who loved it. It's a huge asset. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised, because the photos on the site don't really do justice to the beauty and generosity of the place: a large garden, a small adjoining wood, a real feeling of calm and space.

We spent 2 relaxing weeks at Alice's place. Alice was an excellent host, communicative, responsive and making extra effort to provide us with information in English and also speaking to us in English. We (and our 2 dogs) received a warm welcome from Alice and she stayed in touch through our stay and answered all questions quickly. The highlight of Alice's place was the outside space with covered, comfortable seating, a choice of places to sit and eat and a very warm swimming pool! Inside were comfortable beds and a powerful shower. The area was beautiful and quiet with many walking and cycling opportunities and certainly one we'd like to return to. The nearby town of Pont Audemer has everything you could need and is very pretty. We would recommend Le Sadi Carnot and Le Vieux Puits.

Beautiful house, carefully decorated, with sea view from the rooms and the grounds. There's everything you'll need and more. Viilerville is a charming village, a stone's throw from Deauville and Honfleur. Christine is adorable and responsive. We had a great weekend.

We had a wonderful week in this property just outside of the town of Deauville. The house is located in a quiet suburban area with a Carrefour just a couple of minutes walk down the street which was very convenient. The large walled garden was great for the kids and the table tennis table, sun loungers, outdoor eating area, and table football all proved popular! The house itself is absolutely stunning - a beautiful traditional style timber framed building. The interior has a lot of exposed wood beams and very high quality furnishings. Everything that we needed was provided and we were very comfortable during our stay. The local town of Deauville has plenty going on including shops, bars, and restaurants. It's a pretty place with a harbour and some canals - lovely to be by the water. Between the house and Deauville is a wide sandy beach with stunning views along the coastline from Villers sur Mer to La Havre. Well worth a visit!

Exceptional stay once again! This was our second time at this place, and everything was perfect. The host was incredibly understanding and flexible, especially by allowing us a late check-out, which we greatly appreciated. The accommodation is clean, peaceful and above all filled with activities: in three days, we didn't even have time to test everything because there were so many things to do. You never get bored here! I would 100% recommend and we will definitely be back. Thanks again!

Fantastic house for 10 people… beds were super comfortable and lovely bedding. All ensuite bathrooms were perfect. Great location just outside HONFLEUR and Deauville where there are a great assortment of restaurants. Went down to the beach to watch the sunset nightly, what a peaceful spot. My family and I had a wonderful stay. The house is very well equipped and very roomy. Communication from the host was excellent at all times So much to do with the kids and the swimming pool fantastic! Garden is so big. Would highly recommend for large families

Beautiful Norman house both charming and functional for a large family or a stay with friends. The house is ideal for young children (large garden, heated and covered pool, trampoline). Many living rooms inside (TV lounge, veranda, reading nook, bar) and outdoor areas for apero and barbecue (poolside, by the river etc.). We rented the house for a month and feel at home there. Gregory is very warm and communicative. We'll be back with pleasure!

We had a great time with friends. The house is really pretty. Cécile gave us all the info and was available for any questions. Quiet and peaceful estate. The best part is definitely the pool.

Very good stay in this beautiful house. We all left with good memories. The pool delighted young and old, it must be said that it is large, well heated and adjacent to the veranda (so no drafts). The house was perfect for our family of seven. The quiet setting and nice pool were enjoyed everyday. The nearby train station provided quick, cheap and easy access to Paris. The surrounding farm fields proceeded idyllic views.

We stayed for a weekend with friends (12 people) at Villa Boubou where Philippe welcomed us warmly and we had a great time. Passionate about American vehicles, we were able to discuss the subject, a good time of sharing. The guardian cat of the😉😄 premises is adorable and did not fail to welcome us and spend time with us. Top Amenities. Villa Boubou is a good alternative and well located for visiting museums and landing beaches. A little extra, a bakery located 50 meters away and a supermarket with its drive and gas 500 meters away. We highly recommend Villa Boubou and its hosts Karine & Plilippe. Laurence and Christophe

Very nice, comfortable and quiet accommodation in a natural setting. Great for a weekend off. The surrounding landscapes offer magnificent walks within walking distance. The place is also well located for discovering the coast between Dieppe and Le Tréport as well as Veules les Roses on the good advice of Céline. We were also able to fully enjoy the pool and jacuzzi.

Lots of space, a very nice garden, very nice pool, trampoline very popular with the little ones... the house is also perfectly equipped especially for families and the bedding is very comfortable. We had a great week with the 3 generation family - 5 adults and 2 children 3 & 1 . The accommodation was good and there was plenty of room for the grandchildren to run around both inside and out. The indoor pool was a great asset. The equipment was comprehensive for all ages and needs. Highly recommend.
