Very nice apartment, matches the photos and description. The environment is very nice, just across the street there is a place called "Les Communales" where you will find several food stands, ping pong tables etc, a real lively place. There are several shops nearby and above all it is ideally located within a 10-minute walk of the metro and in particular of its line 14 which serves all the tourist places very well and quickly. This is the second time we have rented this apartment and it won't be the last! The location is magical, with a sea view. The decor is neat, the cleaning is impeccable and it is so well equipped, nothing is missing! Claudia is a great host, welcoming, helpful and concerned that everything goes well. Charming, well-appointed, and clean, it has an outstanding location and view on the edge of three popular arrondissements in the heart of Paris. Despite the incredible photos and description, it was even better than we imagined. The host met us and showed us how to navigate the two exterior entries and the door to our place. It is a historic French Hotel with a beautiful foyer and with a nighttime doorman we felt very safe. The apartment itself was equipped with everything we needed and more. The queen-sized bed was very comfortable, with a picturesque view outside. The balcony was quaint, with a bistro table and two chairs. We spent mornings and evenings eating, drinking, and enjoying the balcony with incredible views of the Eiffel Tower. We ventured into the city daily enjoying all the bistros and shopping near and far. The metro was steps away. The host was kind and thoughtful and baked treats for my husband’s birthday and our departure. We can't wait to return! Thank you!

Sora was an excellent host! Very responsive and assisted with anything that was needed. The location is great with lost of restaurants and shops within walking distance. There is even a supermarket next door which was perfect for an air bnb stay. The view if the Eiffel Tower was beautiful. I would definitely stay here again! The neighborhood also felt safe.

The place looked like it was in the photos and was very clean. We were very satisfied as it was also well equipped. Check-in was safe and easy as the host wrote a detailed instruction. However, the location was unfortunately not so good, as the accommodation is very far from the city center and the center could only be reached in 50 minutes after a long ride by bus and metro.

Wonderful little place right outside Paris, great for couples to relax. Very comfortable and homey feeling. Would recommend for anyone going to Paris for holiday. Very responsive host and gives clear instructions for the apartment.

The apartment is really great and perfect for 2 persons. There's plenty of room. Especially the location is appealing, as the apartment is not in the center of Paris, but you can still be in the city center in just under 20 minutes by train. Oussama was very friendly and helpful and even came by to help us with the stove. Really very accommodating and a very nice host, we would always book there again!

Everything was GREAT, we'll be back . The house is functional. The pool, sauna, foosball, ping pong and swing delighted young and old. The rooms are nice with good bedding. the house is clean, well equipped and tidy. bikes are available (with a pump just in case). Also, the weather was with us to enjoy Cabourg , Dives and Houlgate.

Laurence was very responsive and provided a lot of useful information. The listing is a great fit. Located on a quiet street, it offers easy walking access to essential shops, several restaurants, as well as a pleasant pedestrian layout along the Seine. A real plus: the small garden that allows you to park your vehicle, which is nice since all the parking spaces in the surrounding streets are paid. Be careful, however, when maneuvering if you have a large vehicle: the street is narrow, one-way, with parked cars. But by taking your time, it's still quite feasible, especially since most motorists have been patient! Anyway, I would this listing.
