Place was valid. Felt like home. The host was very clear cut with instructions and directions.

I had a great stay! The apartment was super clean and looked exactly like the photos on the listing. It was my first time using Airbnb and my first time in Philly, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Everything was well taken care of, the location was perfect, and the hosts were kind and very responsive. The only thing I’d say is that it felt a bit pricey, but overall, it was totally worth it. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

I would definitely stay here again, I felt safe, parking lot was right next to the building The apartment was clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable best sleep I’ve had in weeks, I travel a lot. The only negative is the paid parking if you didn’t find street parking which only allowed an hourly rate up to six hours or evening flat rate which was inexpensive 12.45 but expired at 5am so if you are a late sleeper set an alarm, otherwise I love this place and definitely recommend.

What a beautiful loft. I was in town for a graduation and this place was a perfect location to rest and enjoy Philly. Very walkable and close to grocery store and the zoo. I felt safe as solo traveler and the unit was so cute. Very nice decor and lovely bathroom. Very comfy mattresses. Also it was quiet. Michelle at the front desk was extremely helpful and Emma was great with providing information. A big Plus… private garage parking. Bagel/coffee shop right next door. I would definitely stay here again.

John's studio was perfect for a quick visit to Philly. Everything was just as advertised, and even better for the clear communication and responsive hosting by John. I'd stay again any time.

Very nice clean apartment. Was very cosy and comfortable. Close to downtown Philly and University City. The neighborhood could get noisy at times especially on weekend evenings. There were some ants crawling here and there, I assume it was from the balcony. But honestly overall, such an amazing place, no place is perfect but this comes close. Would totally recommend.

I had a wonderful time staying in this cozy studio—it was the perfect spot for exploring the city and enjoying the fantastic nearby restaurants. Vietnam Café had great pho, the Mango Lassi at Mood Cafe was delicious, and the pizza and brews at Carbon Copy Brewery were excellent. The studio is right above a restaurant, giving it a lively vibe, and the surrounding area is well-lit with plenty of street and restaurant lights, which added to the atmosphere. I also never had trouble finding parking, which was a huge plus. The host was fantastic—very communicative and even went out of their way to get a Brita filter for me. The king-size bed was super comfortable. Overall, a great stay!

Really great place to stay at, exactly like the pictures, very spacious and clean. Neighborhood was very quiet, everything was close by & great area for taking walks. I really enjoyed the place, would definitely book again.

We enjoyed our stay the Cecily’s Place, the location was great, there’s a lots of great places to eat, the neighborhood was great to walk around and you can feel safe. the interior was just as the advertised showed. The bedroom were wonderful looking and the bed were awesome to sleep in. I can’t say enough about this place. It was Great. I will be back.!!!!!

This was the cutest and most convenient place we could have stayed for our trip! The aesthetic was relaxing and the bed was the most comfortable bed I have slept in while traveling!! We came into the city for a music festival and were pleasantly surprised and impressed with how much there is to do in a walkable distance. I would definitely recommend visiting the Museum on a Friday evening for their discounted event which included live music & drinks ! Perfect date night. If you have pups there are so many beautiful areas to talk them for walks. We will definitely be back in the future as there was truly not enough time to enjoy all the area had to offer. Thank you!!!

Great stay right next to plenty of restaurants and things to do. Shower is insanely small and a bit claustrophobic, otherwise perfect spot.

This little garden apartment is a sweet and functional spot to call home base for a visit to explore Philadelphia! Four adult people might be a lot, but it could work. Recommended!

Great stay in Philly. Lots of places to eat and shop. Did get loud in this area. Beds a bit small but my wife and new born slept fine and I crashed on the couch. We ordered food the night and there was a stacked kitchen. A huge window to look out pretty awesome the window .

Communication was great! The host was responsive ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. Apartment is very spacious. Highly Recommend!!

Diane's place was quiet, restful, beautiful, and comfortable. There are a lot of thoughtful details throughout. I had no trouble sleeping here, which is unusual for me when I travel. Diane also went out of her way to help me out with transportation a couple of times, which I appreciated because I didn't have a car for this trip. The regional train stop (SEPTA) is 5 minutes away, and you can get to Center City in about 20-25 minutes by train. The hot tub was a big bonus after a long day of workshops at Swarthmore. I hope to stay here again and highly recommend Diane's place to others staying in the Philadelphia area.

Spent a few days in Philadelphia for a graduation. The home was located in a convenient area with pubic transportation right outside the door. We traveled to campus several times a day and it was easy to get there and back. Spacious and comfortable during our stay. Parking is across the street but easily walkable to the home. Easy check in/out.

The place was amazing. It was very clean and honestly spotless. Drelynn was very responsive. I will note that the place didn't have pots and pans for cooking though.

My stay at Christopher's apartment was an all-around positive experience. The place was clean, modern, and well-equipped – just as described. The location is quiet yet well connected, making it a great base for exploring Philadelphia. The neighborhood felt safe and pleasant. What stood out the most was Christopher’s hospitality: he was always available, very helpful, and even gave me great restaurant recommendations that really enhanced my stay. Check-in was smooth and everything went perfectly. I’d definitely come back and can warmly recommend this place!

This Airbnb was excellent! The neighborhood could be a little nosy, but they were very responsive and the Airbnb itself was very cool with lots of space for our large party to stay in! Great fellowship!
