Vacation rentals with a fire pit in University City, Philadelphia

The place worked out great for our family. A very clean and homey apartment. Beds and pull out couch were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked. We were very happy with the home and the neighborhood.

This house is spacious, quirky and clean! It is great for a large group and a unique find for a city, actually with all the outdoor space. The house is old and creeky but full of character. We appreciate Lauren and her family opening up their family home.

This home is beautifully appointed. It was as if we were staying in a model home. Appliances were new, any equipment needed for cooking was present, even a tea pot! No concerns with heating, controlled on each floor and was optimal. Beds were comfortable. 4 bathrooms were awesome! There was nothing that we needed. Highly recommend staying with Jannatul!

It was a great place - as described and in pictures. Matt was very easy to get in touch with, helped answer all my questions and understanding of my family’s allergies.

The house was very meticulous cared for. Everything was neat and clean. The finished basement with computer desk and laundry area was thoughtful although we didn’t utilize that. My husband and children and I visited for family to watch the Super Bowl in the city that we are from. We got to do exactly that and show our children how Philadelphia looks in celebration of the win. The only thing we missed was television in the bedrooms since our children are younger. There is only one TV in the living room. We had tablets and all otherwise and with the WiFi it was an amazing experience! We would definitely stay here again. I felt very comfortable with our family because of the cleanliness! 100% recommend and thank you so much for your hospitality :-)

Don't hesitate to stay here if it is available. Society Hill is a lovely neighbourhood to stay in, and still only a 10min walk from Independence Hal areal. It is a lovely home that is decorated nicely, just like pictures. Very clean, very comfortable. We appreciated the flexibility of early check in.

We came back to PA for Christmas and stayed here for 5 days. Added bonus, we had a dusting of snow which made it all the more inviting. We are from this area, and found the location to be central to visit all our relatives. Rose Valley itself is a very cool area, and this apartement, which is part of a storied estate, sat high on a hill in quiet setting. We, and our dog, felt right at home here and enjoyed our stay. Aaron was very responsive to any questions we had, and made sure we had everything we needed. He was a great host. We would definitley come back and stay when in the area.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Philly penthouse. Liam’s place was clean, homey, and inviting. All of the appliances and house amenities matched their description. While it was raining during our stay, Liam had covered areas on the roof which made our stay extra special. Will certainly rebook again! And look forward to our stay there soon.

Had a great time at Swida’s home, beds super comfy, entire home is clean and well decorated. Plenty of space for 7 of us, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Swida answers messages in a few minutes, made everything easy and straightforward. Thank-you!!

Marja’s place is excellent, I wish I could have stayed longer. The place itself was super cute and exactly like the pictures/description. There are other residents in the building, but the apartment is on a floor by itself which makes it feel more private. Marja was really easy to communicate with and was flexible with both check- in and check-out which really helped make my trip stress free. The location was close to the Wissahickon Park which was exactly what I was looking for and I really enjoyed going to the Germantown Weavers Way Co-Op for food.

We had an awesome stay in this beautiful apartment—my toddler especially loved having access to the small outdoor terrace. My husband enjoyed quality time playing chess with his dad and foosball with our son all included in the apartment, while I especially appreciated the super comfortable beds and bedding—we all slept so well. The apartment was clean, cozy, quiet, safe, and in a great location within walking distance to restaurants and sightseeing. Just a heads-up for future guests: be sure to read the house manual for instructions on getting hot water in the downstairs bathroom, and watch your step on the stairs as they can be a bit slippery (I fell!). The space had most essentials, but we ended up having to buy like additional coffee filters, trash bags and napkins, also I needed lotion and conditioner, which were not included—overall, a fantastic experience!

Great, quiet place to stay!

The apartment was absolutely amazing! Everything was as described and very comfortable. Justin was very easy to communicate with and responsive to any questions I had. I am so happy to have found a place so close to where I needed to be and easily accessible to neighborhood restaurants and convenience stores. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!

William was very responsive to my messages and his house was very relaxing and peaceful being on the lake. Would definitely stay there again.

Wish I could’ve met the beautiful faces behind this beautiful property! I was however late for my check in. My plans went so south but my host & my stay was amazing & well needed. If you come across any property listed by them GO! I promise you won’t regret it! I actually can’t wait to go back. Peaceful & breathtaking!!!!

Truly a fantastic getaway! The property was perfect, surrounded by nature and a nice drive to downtown Pottstown, numerous restaurants, and historic attractions. I'd highly recommend visiting the Hopewell Furnace National Historic Site and walking around nearby St. Peter's Village. The home is just incredible! The natural light, beautiful woodwork, kitchen, amenities, everything - it's perfect for a vacation. It's fun having the arcade across the driveway. There are plenty of games downstairs, a fireplace, two types of fire pits, and the main room is nice for relaxing. The hosts are excellent - I mostly communicated with Ari throughout my stay. From the start of the booking process to the end of the trip, Ari was very responsive, incredibly welcoming and cordial, and helpful. A host can really affect the quality of the stay, and I couldn't have been happier with the communication. Overall, I'd highly recommend, and personally I hope to be back. This listing is a gem.

We were here for a quick visit. Some college tours in Philly and then a soccer tourney at the nearby turf farm. This was the perfect equidistant location from both. The place is nothing fancy, but it’s clean and the host is super responsive. Sure beats staying in Atlantic City if that’s not your scene.

Amazing. The home was as described. Very clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay with our pet and highly recommend.

Ricki was super accommodating, she has the most beautiful grounds and you can tell how much effort she put into her cabin to make it welcoming and so rustic that you feel like you’re in another land that you never want to leave!

This was my first time renting an airbnb and boy did our gracious host Noemi set the bar high! If you are the type that can appreciate an 1840’s cottage in a town rich with American history, stop right here and BOOK this location. You will not be disappointed. The house is full of charm, the town (straight 10 minute walk to the heart of new hope) is majestic and did I say our host was amazing? She was and we cannot wait to go back!

Peaceful and cozy spot on a very quiet street! WiFi went in and out but could have been due to the wind. ATT loses cell service. Fully stocked bathroom and kitchen! We had a lovely stay!
